Planning to use a sort of offensive Regice.

Which combo would you recommend?

Amnesia and Charge Beam? Or Calm Mind and Thunderbolt?
I've kinda leaning towards the former...

The other two moves will probably be Ice Beam/Focus Blast/Hidden Power and possibly a status move.

Help appreciated!

I would do the latter because it makes his spattack nearly invincible for the other moves I'd go for ice beam and ether lock on or protect. regice is a naturally sp.defive pokemon. his spdef (spdefence) is double his spatk (spattack) and four times higer than his speed. these are just base stats, if you actually discribe your regice I would appreciate it. you can find a model in the rules for this section.

^ Why would you run Lock-On with Thunderbolt and Ice Beam? It'd be pointless.

If you are going for offense, you should use Calm Mind. Regice's special bulk is crazy high enough already, so you can spare it for extra offense.

Going for Amnesia and Charge Beam can easilly turn in Regice not doing enough damage, defeating the point of an offensive Regice. You could still try to use Charge Beam over Thunderbolt though for a chance of heavily increasing Sp.A along Calm Mind.

Don't go for Hidden Power, unless you have specific pokémon in mind. Focus Blast might be a good choice, but I guess not using Ice Beam would be a waste of a STAB. (Though if we had a DW Regice, Blizzard would be the best choice. You could still use it now I guess though.)

O.O
oops
I thought it said thunder. My mistake.

forget lock on, give it protect.

Again, If you want an offencive ice type regice isn`t the best, glacion is a lot better, but if it needs to be regice, I agree with infinity, a calm-mind+Charge beam sp.attacker.

I would recommend the Simple Questions thread from now on.
