(Hopefully this will be successful! *crosses fingers*)

A few months ago, small earthquakes started to go off through Sinnoh. At first, they were believed to be harmless and would pass within time. Lately, the earthquakes have become more violent and cracks are being spotted on Mt. Coronet and are growing at a considerable rate. If this continues, Sinnoh will split in half, causing chaos for both the human and pokemon inhabitants. Researchers state that the Legendary pokemon Regigigas can be awakened, Sinnoh has a chance of being saved. The only problem is that the keys to awakening the pokemon (Regirock, Regice, and Registeel) are sealed off in another region. You, along with a few other skilled trainers, are sent to Slateport City in the Hoenn region to meet up with Captain Stern, who believes he has found a clue to the whereabouts of the three Regi's.

Giovanni also heard about the crisis and quickly dispatched agents to spy on Captain Stern's actions. If Team Rocket gets ahold of the Regi's, there will be no hope for Sinnoh and Team Rocket will get a significant boost in power, which will bring them one step closer to world domination. You are either a trainer who is trying to save Sinnoh or a spy from Team Rocket who is posing as a regular trainer.

Name:Jimbo
Side:Good
Age:15
Personality:Quite, but has a very sharp sense of humor. Has an affinity for all things flying and dragon. This comes from the tales of the Legendary flying Pokemon (Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Lugia and Ho-oh) that were told to him by his father, a renowned Pokemon trainer in his day.

History: Hails from the rural area around Fushia City and the Safari Zone, hence he speaks with what would be called a Southern accent. He took an internship with the Game Warden when he was eight and learned all there is to know about Pokemon wrangling, Currently traveling around Sinnoh looking for new Pokemon

Pokemon:

Dratini: (Female) (Caught Safari Zone) Jimbo befriended this Dratini on his first day working on the Safari Zone. She has a long scar running down her right side and is runty for a Dratini. Due to this she does ot stay in a pokeball.

Puptiar: (Male) (Caught Mt. Silver) Very dominat and Headstrong. Usually stands by himself

Infernape: (Female) (Given by Prof.Rowan as a Chimchar) A brilliant strategist and cunning. Will sometimes disobey Jimbo if she sees fit.

Jimbo, you are accepted! I want at least two more people to join before we start.

I don't quite have time this weekend, but I'd like to reserve a spot to join, if that's alright. Expect a profile sometime in the next week.

Okay then. We might start ahead if more people sign up, but you can jump right in to the RP when you're ready.

Name: Mia

Side: Good

Age: 15

Personality: Hyper, but can be sensible when required to be. Creative, but a bit slow and tends not to latch onto things until they're almost spelt out to her. Quite intellegent however, and is distracted easily. Likes pretty/shiny/sparkly things.

History: Lives in Hearthome City, with her twin brother Lee, and their mum. Their dad is an explorer, and is always trying to discover new Pokemon up in the mountains so they don't see him much. They have a grandma that lives in Snowpoint City.
Mia was traveling alone to Snowpoint City to see her Grandma when she got sidetracked and wound up in Slateport City.

Physical Description: Brown hair down to her waist, which she ties into a plait with ribbon. Loves to wear pretty bracelets, and wears a pendant around her neck that her grandfather gave to her when she was little, which is a small sliver Pokeball locket, with a picture of him inside.
Long dark purple skirt, white top.

Misc.: Likes sharing, making friends & winning battles. Dislikes being left out, being pounced on by wild Pokemon (unless it's cute =]) & her Pokemon getting sick/injured.

Pokemon:
Rapidash (female) - the first Pokemon that Mia caught, when she was 12. It evolved from a Ponyta a couple of months ago, and is quite happy to let Mia ride around on its back. (Is used to battle.)
Kadabra (male) - it saved Mia from a group of nasty theives about a week ago, and allowed Mia to take it on her travels with her. It thinks it is better than the rest of Mia's Pokemon purely because it is Psychic. (Is used in battle.)
Luxray (male) - one of her main fighting Pokemon, which evolved during the time Mia has had it. It has a caring/gentle nature, but if anything/anyone hurts or angers Mia, it will come out of its Pokeball of its own will and threateningly growl at the foe, and possibly even attack. (Is used in battle.)
Taillow (male) - primarily used to send messages/find people, but is sometimes used in battle. It has brilliant speed for a Taillow, and even for a Swellow. Never goes inside its Pokeball, but instead either flies nearby to Mia or sits on her shoulder. (Is used in battle.)
Milotic (female) - Mia's 'secret weapon'. Has high attack/sp.attack stat, low defence/sp. defence but has high speed stat to compensate. Is also used for Beauty Contests. (Is used in battle.)

Reserves:
Eevee (male) - given to Mia when she was 5, and her first Pokemon; caught for her by her father during his adventures. Eevee has never been used in battle, but is her best friend and never lets her down.
Ditto - never listens to a thing Mia says, but can be nice. Often imitates Mia's furies when she is in one, making her even more annoyed. Is never used in battle because it is next-to-impossible to control.

((Hope this was okay ^_^ and just a thought - if anyone wants to be my twin brother, all the info about him so far is that his name is Lee, so you're free to make up everything else =] ))

Aww...no one wants to be a Team Rocket spy? Anyways... Sophi and dlt4, you are both accepted!!! And now to start the RP!

Patrick glanced at his Poketch as he waited for the others to arrive. It was nine o' clock in the morning and everyone was supposed to meet at the harbor at this time. At least that was what it said on the invitation.

"They might not be here for awhile..." Patrick muttered to himself. The young trainer then took the time to look around him. Many of the people he saw seemed to converge around the colorful open air markets. It wasn't much of a surprise since the markets were famous for their furniture and vitamins if he remembered correctly. Other people could be seen walking towards the Oceanic Museum, which was across the street from the markets, or towards the beach. "There are a lot of things to see in Slateport! I need to come back here sometime."

"But don't expect that to be anytime soon! We have an entire region to save!" a voice called from behind. Patrick looked around to see a fairly tall man with dark brown hair and a labcoat smothered with coffee stains. "You must be one of the trainers who's supposed to go with me today. I'm Captain Stern. And you would be?"

"I'm Patrick. It's nice to meet you." the trainer replied as he shook the captain's hand.

The captain looked around for a bit before turning back to Patrick. "It looks like the other trainers aren't here yet. I guess we'll just have to wait for them to come..."

"Hopefully it won't be long..." Patrick said to himself.

Donald hadn't ever really gotten used to Sinnoh. His true home was in Hoenn, and he loved it there. He'd traveled all over Hoenn, exploring the desert underpass, different caves, and other places around the region. His Flygon carried him over a large expanse of water. He'd hated boats, always. When his family moved to Sinnoh, he'd ridden his Gyarados all the way next to the boat. He soared over Mossdeep and gazed down over the Space Center and the small island itself. He looked down longingly, wanting to land and explore his hometown.

No, I cant. I have a mission. he thought, and urged his Flygon towards the mainland. He finally landed on one of the long docks of Slateport City. He slid down off of Flygon and withdrew him into his pokeball, and a Flareon automatically let itself out.

"Hey Flareon. Long trip, eh?" he said to it, looking around for the infamous Captain Stern. Donald had met him once, a few years back while on his own Pokemon adventure through Sinnoh.

"Captain Stern?" he asked as he saw a tall, gruff looking sailor standing next to another kid. "I'm Donald, we met a few years ago." he said. "You must be... Patrick or Jimbo? Professor Rowan told me there would be two other guys. I'm Donald. This is my Flareon." he said, extending a hand to both Captain Stern and then to the boy.

"I'm Patrick. And it's nice to meet you, Donald." Patrick replied. The new trainer seemed a bit intimidating to Patrick, but his Flareon was another story.
"Wow, your Flareon is so cute! How do you keep your its coat so shiny!? Can I pet it?" Patrick then bent down to give the Flareon a quick pat on the head. Patrick then looked back up at Donald.

"Sorry, I just get excited when I see pokemon." Patrick explained. Patrick then looked at his Poketch again. "Ten past nine..." He muttered to himself. The other trainers must have a good reason to be late. "So where are we going exactly?" Patrick asked.

"We are going to take a submarine to Route 134. There's a chamber underwater that might give us a clue of where the legendary golems are hiding. Unfortunately, I only got to the second room of the chamber. According to the Braille writing on the wall, certain conditions must be met to pass through each door. But this time I made sure we can get past the second room and into the third. Hopefully there will be something waiting for us." Captain Stern explained.

Great! Underwater! One of the few things Patrick couldn't stand. "Sacrifices must be made if I want to help save the Sinnoh region" the boy told himself. Patrick sighed and plopped down onto a nearby bench. Hopefully the trip wouldn't last long...

Mia climbed off of her Milotic's back and stepped onto Slateport Beach. The day was nice, and the air smelt fresh. Mia knew that this was going to be something to remember.

It took her a minute to realise that she had never been to the Hoenn region before, and she quickly pulled the map out of her bag that she owned. She knew she was very near to the right place, and as she returned her Milotic to its Pokeball, she began walking up the beach. Her Taillow chirped from her shoulder, as if to remind her that it was there.

"I think i'm going the right way..." Mia muttered to herself, before tripping over something that was half-burried in the sand beneath her feet. She bent down to examine the object, and saw that it was just a piece of stone. Sighing at herself, she continued to walk up the beach and very soon saw two trainers standing further up.

"Hi!" Mia grinned, running towards them once she realised that these two must be the other trainers. She soon caught sight of the Flareon sitting beside one of the boys on the sand. "Awwwwwwwwwwh aren't you just the -cutest- little Flareon I have -ever- seen?!"

Mia glanced at the boys' bemused faces. "Sorry, I'm Mia! Nice to meet you both! And this is my Taillow!" She gave a little wave, and Taillow gave a chirp of 'hello'. Before the boys could say anything in reply to her however, Mia continued to talk. "Isn't this city -big-? I've never been here before, although I've heard of it of course, 'cause my dad's an explorer, see, and he's been here before. I was too little to come here at the time, though. And wow, you're tall!" She finished, directing this last comment at the light-haired boy with the Flareon.

"I don't use Poffins, I use pokeblock. I was born and raised here in the Hoenn Region, so my Flareon grew up on pokeblocks. I think that's why it's coat is so shiny." Donald replied to Patrick. He listened to Captain Stern as he spoke, and he instanly pulled out his Pokenav. "Another ting from Hoenn. I don't use a Poketch. My Pokenav works fine for me. Professor Birch upgraded it for me when I moved to Sinnoh." he said, scrolling through the menu to the map.

"It looks like that's the patch of ocean current, Captain. Perhaps our pokemon could be used to pull the sub against the strong waves? Unless, of course, you mean to bypass the current and head all the way to Pacifidlog Town and head back, with the current. If not, My Gyarados and Milotic could help pull us."

Then, a girl came up to them. She had a Taillow on her shoulder and instantly bent down and pet his Flareon. He ginned at the loved look on Flareon's face.

"I'm Donald." he said after she introduced her self. "And I get that a lot." he smilied.

Patrick gave Mia a slight nod before turning his attention to the captain.

"Thank you for your offer, Donald, but I think my Wailord can get us there. I've already checked and the waters are deep enough and the rocks are far enough apart for my Wailord to navigate. We can depart now if everyone's ready." Captain Stern said.

"But isn't there another person who's supposed to be here? Are we just going to leave him behind?" Patrick piped up.

"I've already got that covered. I left instructions for my assistant so that he'll lend a map, water pokemon, and an extra submarine in the Slateport Harbor building for anyone who is so unfortunate as to get left behind." the captain assured him. "Without further ado, let's begin this expedition!" Captain Stern then led the group to a surprisingly small submarine tied to the captain's Wailord, which made the vessel look even smaller. The captain opened up the entrance to the vessel and motioned for Patrick to climb in first.

"I'm not going to enjoy this...and I REALLY need to stop talking to myself!" Patrick mumbled before slowly climbing into the vessel.

Jimbo was later as usual. He had spent to much time relax this morning and forgot about the expedition. Surfing the clouds, on his newly evoled Dragonair, he decended threw the midmorning dew and flew over Slateport Harbor. He caught sight of Capt. Stern motioning to one of his supossed team mates to enter the vessel tied to a wailord.

"Okay girl," Jimbo said " lets have us a little fun. Drop me off right in front of that kid in the white hat."

Dragonair rumbled in agreement and as she shot over the sub Jimbo slid off right in front of the Kid with the white hat.

"Yo," Jimbo said cassualy "the name's Jimbo."

Mia climbed into the vessel after Patrick and was instantly talking again. "This is going to be so exciting, so exciting, oh my goodness, I've never been on anything like this before and- oh!" she exclaimed, as her stomach rumbled. She blushed. "Sorry guys."

She was slightly intimidated by the fact that she was the only girl, but that wouldn't stop her from getting to know all these new people and their Pokemon, of course. Another new trainer had just arrived, and her Taillow couldn't keep still, and took to flitting about from each of the boys' shoulders, as if to say hello properly. Mia giggled, wondering what they would think of his openess. She introduced herself to Jimbo in what was quite a shy mannor for Mia, and then didn't say anything while the other trainers introduced themselves.

Besides being excited, she was also a little nervous. She was in a region she had never been to before, and she was going away from her family - not for the first time admittedly, but still - and she wasn't sure what was going to happen. Still, it was reassuring holding each of her Pokemon's Pokeballs; she knew she was safe while her team was with her. Wondering how strong the other trainers' Pokemon were compared with hers, she looked curiously Donald's Flareon. Patrick sure was right about the coat being shiny...

"I like shiny things..." Mia randomly said, her eyes unfocused as she unintentionally gazed at the Flareon. "Pretty..." Realising then that she probably sounded incredibly weird, she shook her head to snap herself out of it. "You might take a while to get used to me," she giggled, "but i'm alright really!"

Donald climbed into the sub after Mia and Jimbo had gotten in. He looked at his Flareon sadly and pulled out a pokeball with a small flame scratched into the top half.

"Sorry bud, you can't fit in here with all five of us. You'll have to hop in your ball. It's only for a little while, ok?" he said, and Flareon looked a little sad, but let itself be withdrawn.

"I hate having to put him in there, he hates it." Donald said as he sat next to Mia. He greeted Jimbo and stuck his bag down near his feet. "So, what all pokemon did you decide to bring with you?" he asked, not at anyone in particular.

Jimo relectantly withdrew his Dragonair into her pokeball and went into the sub.

After greeting Donald and hearing his question he anwsered "Oh just my main team," he said "Dragonair, Inferape, Pupitar, Metang, Chansey, and Rhydon. I was in Sinnoh looking for an item that suposedly, when give to a Rhydon, makes it evo. when traded. I was talking to Porf. Rowan about that when i got the call about the Regi's. Which reminds me i have to call him."

With that Jimbo pulled out an old and batter Pokegear from his pocket and finish a quick phone call with the Prof. When confronted with old looks from his new teammates he explained, "I pick this pokegear up during my adventures throu the Johto, I've had it upgraded with application from the Pokenav and the Poketch by working some of my techno magic." With that he sat down and took a casuall slouch postion.

After what seemed liked hours, the submarine finally slowed down to a stop. The captain took a moment to return his Wailord to its pokeball before turning to the group.

"We're finally at the right spot! Buckle your seat belts, 'cause here we go!" Captain Stern flipped a switch and 'Autopilot' appeared on a nearby screen in bright green letters. As the vessell submerged itself underwater, Patrick shivered. It brought back bad memories.

He was five years old when it happened. It was a nice enough day at the time; the warm and sandy beaches by Hotel Grand Lake, the pretty seashells that he had coveted so much, and the relaxed and happy mood of the beachgoers. It was no wonder why it was considered the best vacation spot in Sinnoh. He was waist deep in the water and continued to wade out in the water to look for his favorite pokemon doll that floated out into the sea while he wasn't looking. A nearby Sharpedo, watching with curious eyes, finally decided that he was prey and rammed him further out into the water. Disoriented, he couldn't tell what was happening except for the fact that he was drowning. When he woke up, he was in a hospital bed and had bandages on his back from where the Sharpedo hit him. His parents explained that he would have probably died if his father's Floatzel hadn't saved him.

"Patrick, are you okay? We're here!" Captain Stern said. Patrick snapped out of his thoughts and looked up. Everyone was staring at him. "Well anyways... you're going to need a flashlight." the captain said to break the silence.

The group climbed out of the submarine and looked at what they could see with their flashlights. Braille writing covered the walls as well as some pictures of what seemed to be an ancient civilization.

"Let's move on, shall we?" Captain Stern said, and the group trudged on through the cave.

Donald had sat in silence as the sub moved. Only Jimbo had answered his question about pokemon, so the others must just want to surprise them. He climbed out of the sub as they hit ground, and his Flareon immediatley let itself out of it's ball.

"Here, this might help..." Donald said. "Flareon, make a flame in your mouth and light the way."

A small flame appeared at Flareon's mouth. This was kind of like Flareon's signature move - Donald had used it through caves and passages. Flareon walked easlily through the darkness.

"It's quiet in here." Donald said, his voice echoing off the walls. The Braille was all over - streching out into the darkness. "Where do we start?"

"We can start by going through this door." Captain Stern said, pointing his flashlight to a small opening in the wall ahead of them. "Now, the last time I was in this room, the writing on the wall stated that I needed a Relicanth and a Wailord, which I do have now."

The second room was much bigger in size, with six boulders surrounding the center and one at the far back. The captain walked quickly to the far side of the room and held out two of his pokeballs. Suddenly, the writing on the walls started to glow and a few quakes and a 'click' followed after. After the event was over, a map of sorts appeared on the wall.

"This is amazing!" Captain Stern exclaimed as he took multiple pictures with his camera. Not too long after, the group could hear more rumbling.

"Is that going to trigger something else?" Patrick asked.

"Yes, but it's not what we want. The room is caving in! Quick, to the submarine!" the captain screamed.
