Manectric. Anything that has a canine based design is automatically awesome. And being an electric type makes it even better.

But props to Ampharos for being a major life saver in my HG.
 
Luxray. It looks cool and it has a better movepool. It also looks like a Dark type
 
Ampharos. I just love Manectric to death, but Ampharos stole my heart in SS. ;w;

Seriously, Ampharos is a beast. Unlike pretty much every other electric Pokemon in existence, it's fairly bulky, and is slow as hell. It's special attack is nothing to shake a stick at either.
 
Raichu was my first electric type so yes I vote for him because he's the cutest of the bunch along with Ampharos
 
I don't particularly love any of them, but I do prefer Ampharos to the rest of them, with Raichu pretty close behind.
 
I've used all of them and they all served mre well... Can't really decide (I always get the early Electric type I wonder what Isshu's will be?) but probibly Luxray
 
for an electric type, i would choose electabuzz. but, in this thread, i pick luxray, my first shiny in platinum, and it reference to old animes (sninx=kimba, luxio=astroboy, luxray=goku)
 
I feel the need to say Luxray, because it is definitely in my top 5 favorite pokemon. Ampharos was cool to use in Heart Gold, though.

All through my first playthrough on Diamond, I thought it was a Dark/Electric type. IMO it and Floatzel should both be part dark types.

Ampharos, Luxray, Manectric, Raichu. Ampharos is one of my fav pokemon period, Luxray is just a beast, and the other two are kinda meh.
