Raising Bagon

Well, Attack is definitely Salamence's strong stat, so definitely concentrate on physical moves. In my opinion, a surprise Draco Meteor wouldn't hurt, but personally, I'd use it sparingly, Salamence's Special Attack's not as good as its attack anyway, and especially not after falling two levels.

I'd also recommend breeding Dragon Rush onto it. Good physical move, and it gets STAB.

As for its nature, well, if you really, really wanted to just say "forget it" to the Special Attack stat, go for an Adamant one. Otherwise, well, just pick whichever you want, the advantages and disadvantages are all on [bp=Natures]the page on Natures[/bp].
