My first thought is about Homika's Team.
Homika will be using a Koffing in the anime, so I think, due to only having two Pokemon, that she might be the second Gym Leader in the game, and her team will be this:
Koffing
Whirlipede or underleveled Scolipede
((Yes, I think she might have an underleveled Scolipede. She is probably the second Gym Leader, and because her guitar matches a Scolipede rather than a Whirlipede, I am thinking that she might have a Scolipede...)
TM: Probably Venoshock.
As for Shizui's team, we don't have any evidence of the members of his team, unlike the latter gym leader, but for some reason, I think he might have a Lombre or Ludicolo, and I think his TM would be Scald.
Last thing:
I think Black Kyurem is an Electric/Ice type and White Kyruem is a Fire/Ice type, but maybe not.
THIS IS ALL SPECULATION.
What do you think B2/W2 will bring?
