I like how the first day they're airing two Misty-centric episodes. The sad part is that I can't watch them. ^^;

They're probably showing Movie 9 twice because its the newest movie and features a D/P Pokemon like Manaphy.

I like how CN is airing older episodes again, at this rate they may move on to Orange after this is over.

Bah, I want Johto Champions, since I missed tons of those and a decent DVD is hard to find, not Kanto which I own half on DVD and the rest on VHS.

Heh, it may not be one of my favorite seasons, but I like it a lot cause it's very nostalgic. XD

Awesome! I've wanted to see episodes like "Volcanic Panic" and "The Misty Mermaid" again! I missed them the last time they were on, but this time I should be able to catch them.

And showing "Snow Way Out" later in the month too? Oh, YES! I never saw that one, and I've wanted to for such a long time. I have a feeling the month of July will be very good to us with marathons.

I happened to be in the hospital when the marathon started. I sprained my ankle pretty badly, and I can't walk for a few days. Anyways, the episodes were pretty good oldies. It brought back a lot of memories.

Couldn't watch any of the July 2nd. Definitely gonna watch the Saturday marathon though. I've yet to see movie 8 in full.

Who said they're obsessed? CN is working their way through Kanto and will probably move on to Orange after this if they keep going in order.

It's nice that they're doing this. These are some of the episodes i haven't seen in over 6 years. I really wouldn't mind if they play some of the mid-johto fillers at some point since i ended up missing probably half of those.

This is so awesome... Kanto and Orange Islands were my fav seasons by far.

I watched the Clefairy space ep in the marathon and the Earth Badge ep. It made me remember how completely random the series was back in the day. Seriously, Togepi gets randomly stuck in the throat of Fearow because Ash goes Ape when he finds it on his back.

The randomosity made me laugh.

Also, Ash should be banned from Viridian. First time he's there, the Pokemon Center blows up, second time, the gym blows up.

The episode Snow Way Out reminded me about how much I loved the the interaction between the three starters, Pikachu, Pidgeotto, and Ash. And it also made me wonder what the hell happened to my cute adorable Charmander? Seriously, I didn't think Pokemon personalities changed THAT much when the evolved. Seeing Charmander again reminds me how much I miss the innocent little guy.

CN just needs to go ahead and give the show a nice old school Monday-Friday rerun slot.

Well, the Pokemon evolving is kind of like growing up for them, right?

Maybe Charizard just acts like a rebelious jerk teenager. xD;

But yeah, Charmander was so sweet!

A D/P marathon? Eh, I suppose it was all good while it lasted... I second the idea of an old school marathon all week. THAT would be something.

I've missed a couple of them so I'm glad. DP is a great season, although I do hope they do some Advanced marathons soon.
