あたしのなまえわなんですか

Using my newly learned Japanese skills from school, lol.

That... Probably means something, correct?

The only thing I would say is that the わ should be switched out with a (あたしのなまえはなんですか). Yeah, that's the hiragana symbol for "ha," but when it's being used like this, it changes to the "wa" sound. To this day, I don't know why.

Otherwise, good job :)

I wish my school had done Japansese
some schools here offer Japanese as a GCSE course these days

Ironically, most people in my class are Wapanese, and they wanna learn it to be able to read manga or watch anime. Also, I'm the only Asian guy in there. What does this all mean???

It largely means the wapanese are very likely to take a Japanese class if it's being offered, while it's not a particularly attractive subject to others.

I'd like to learn Japanese... well, I want to speak it, but not read and write. That would just make it way more confusing o_O

*Ahem*

Testing. Testing.

I know it's probably wrong, though. Not really focusing on Japanese right now.

Well, you could just concentrate on learning the Hiragana and Katakana. Even that little bit will help you some and Hiragana and Katakana are relatively easy to get. Kanji on the other hand... ><

Would I be correct in saying Kanji is or is nearly identical to Chinese?

From what I noticed, Kanji words have the same meaning as Chinese characters, only pronounced differently (similar to Cantonese vs Mandarin, which use the same written characters).

If that's true, then it I should be able to learn Japanese fairly quickly!

Except I have no time... or inspiration...

日本語は私のメージャーです。5年も勉強してました。でも、この間練習はあまりしなかったです。だれかが私と練習したかったら、どうぞPMしてくださいね。:)

Hmm, some of my japanese characters won't show up. Oh well. But yeah, if anybody ever wants to practice Japanese with me, I'd love to. Just send me a PM :)

I'll do it after my skill improves.

If anyone wants to practice German with me, feel free to contact me.
