Initially teased on Pokémon Day 2026, 30th Celebration specifically marks 30 years of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, which debuted in Japan with the Expansion Pack (known outside Japan as the Base Set) in October 1996. Every single card included in this set, including Basic Energy cards, features a holofoil design; and every single card revealed thus far has the Pokémon 30th Anniversary logo. The set also includes a uniquely numbered subset of 30 Pikachu cards, with a different holofoil pattern and the Pokémon 30th Anniversary logo behind the card text; each booster pack includes one of these Pikachu cards. Additionally, the set introduces Futuristic rare cards, and also features a selection of 30 classic cards from previous Pokémon Trading Card Game sets, from Base Set to the modern day.
30th Celebration Premium Deck Set Espeon & Umbreon
The 30th Celebration Premium Deck Set Espeon & Umbreon product includes everything needed to start a 2-player match. It comprises two ready-to-play 60-card decks featuring Espeon ex and Umbreon ex, two sheets of damage counters, two coins each featuring Espeon and Umbreon, one 2-player paper playmat, one double-size tin deck case, a first-time user guide, and a player's guide.
This product introduces various new cards and reprinted cards from previous expansions, including the Full Art prints of Espeon ex and Umbreon ex with artworks celebrating the Pokémon 30th Anniversary. All cards included in the product are Holofoil and feature a 30th Anniversary logo stamp.

Following the Japanese announcement, English versions of the Umbreon ex, Espeon ex, and Eevee cards from this product were revealed on the official English @PokemonTCG accout on X. It was also explicitly noted that this particular set will not receive an English release. The English full art versions of the Umbreon ex and Espeon ex will be released as promo cards in an as yet unannounced product, while the others will be included in the main 30th Celebration set for international markets.

30th Celebration Futuristic Box
This box, which will initially be released exclusively on the Japanese Pokémon Center Online store, features a variety of accessories with designs by YOSHIROTTEN. These include card sleeves, a playmat case, damage counter dice, two Pokémon coins, a deck case, a half playmat, a damage counter case, a poison/burn marker, and a display frame. Also included in the set are two Futuristic Rare Pikachu ex cards.

30th Celebration Card Sets
These sets, which are the Japanese equivalent of the First Partner Illustration Collection series that has already begun releasing internationally, will each include a set of 3 full art cards of first partner Pokémon from one of the nine regions of the main series video games, together with two 30th Celebration expansion packs, and a card stand that can hold all three cards. The illustrations on each sett of first partner Pokémon come together to form a larger connected image.
The Kanto, Sinnoh, and Alola First Partner Illustration Collection Series sets released internationally on March 20th. The Johto, Unova, and Galar sets will release internationally later this month on June 19th.
