Self-explanatory, now that this one's over

I'll start:

Sinnoh
Johto
Hoenn
Kalos
Kanto
Isshu

Oh, and please, no grumbling and grousing about the Kalos one. There's been enough of that. Just rank it among its predecessors. If you must speak of it, be quick & to the point.

Sinnoh was the best. Kalos takes second place. Hoenn third. Johto fourth. Unova fifth and Kanto in last place.

I don't know if I can conventionally rank them due to each of the top three having something that stands out between them... but here goes nothing

1. Sinnoh (I'm too biased about this one personally)
2. Hoenn
3. Johto
4. Kalos
5. Indigo
6. Unova

Now as I said any of the Top 3 can realistically be sorted in any order. Kalos to me has to be dead center due to Ash's placement, rather then overall show (skipping matches is a no go for me). I think Indigo and Unova can be tied for least appealing, thus also can be switched around. Indigo gets a pass in my book though because of nostalgia and being the first league ever made.
I'm going to say...

Unova<Kanto<Kalos<Johto<Sinnoh<Hoenn.
I'm so use to it going the other way, I thought you put Hoenn last and was thinking "Whoa, this guy has some odd but interesting taste", then I realized its using the less then sign.

I'm gonna buck the trend and rank Johto above Sinnoh. They both featured Ash defeating his regional rival in a very satisfying way, but Ash's Johto loss to Harrison wasn't nearly as stupid as his loss to Trollbias, which to me makes the difference. I'm not sure how I'll rank the others, but Unova goes down to the bottom of the pile.

1. Kalos
2. Sinnoh
3. Johto
4. Hoenn
5. Kanto
6. Unova

Kalos gets number one because I for one couldn't wait for the episodes to come out, genuinely had me hyped and the graphics were on point. Whilst the battle with Paul ranks high, I think we shouldn't forget Sinnoh's flaws. Conway's battle has me cringing even today and let's not even mention Tobias...

Johto tops Hoenn imo because of that final Gary battle. Hoenn league has always been meh for me. Kanto's battles have always been blah and there was nothing that stood out that was decent in the Indigo League that could redeem it (although Charizard screwing Ash over amuses me nowadays - he totally deserved it).

Unova... let's not talk about Unova. I think we all know the problems with that league.

1. Orange
2. Sinnoh/Kalos (Both have flaws that to me, make them equal)
3. BF
4. Johto
5. Hoenn
6. Kanto
7. Unova

Orange is first because it was Ash's first 6 on 6 battle (that I can recall) and he actually won the league.

Sinnoh and Kalos were ok, but the lack or reserves and not winning in the latter, as well as Tobias and no Torterra wins for the former hold them to second place for me.

BF gets third because Charizard got KO'd right away against the last guy and it felt cheap that Ash's unevolved starters got further than his one fully evolved one.

Johto is 4th because the battles weren't all that flashy, but still better than Hoenn, Kanto and Unova leagues. Also where Ash finally got to have a 6 on 6 fight against Gary.

Hoenn was Ash's first league with no reserves and I blame it for no reserves in the Kalos league. I also didn't like Ash's rivals, like Morrison and Meowth in boots guy.

Kanto league is where it all started, and I'm glad the writers have (mostly) improved from there. Sucks that they couldn't postpone the match and let Ash at least heal his Pokémon when up against Ritchie.

Unova is absolutely the worst. Not only did Ash use unevolved Pokémon for his fight against Cameron, not only did Cameron only use 5 Pokémon, but somehow Ash lost and only Pikachu and Pignite got wins.

For me, it's

1. Hoenn
2. Sinnoh
3. Johto
4. Kalos
5. Kanto
6. Unova

The separation between 3 and 4 is great while the top three are all relatively close.

1. Sinnoh
2. Kalos
3. Hoenn
4. Johto
5. Kanto
6. Unova

I actually haven't watched any Hoenn or Johto league episodes in about a decade so 3 and 4 could be switched around.

1. Shin'ou
2. Jouto
3. Orange (underrated, underappreciated, and barely acknowledged - as far as the animeverse is concerned, Satoshi became a Champion during the anime's second saga)
4. Kalos (Felt rushed - made it to the Top 2 which was nice, but unlike Shin'ou and Jouto, he didn't go out like a boss, instead it was actually quite pathetic)
5. Houen
6. Kantou
7. Isshu

Orange is first because it was Ash's first 6 on 6 battle (that I can recall) and he actually won the league.
Don't forget he took down an overpowered Kairyuu/Dragonite that knew ten moves at once. lol

1: Sinnoh (Still hands down the best league of all time)
2: Hoenn
3: Johto
4: Kalos (Main problem is not Alain, it's the fact it feels all too rushed even for the usual amount of League episodes. This is one league where longer episodes could have helped)
5: Kanto
6: Unova (The one where Ash shot himself right in the foot, honestly nearly all his team was useless and let's forget Cameron's battle ever happened)

1-Hoenn(For some unknown reason I enjoyed it most of every league)
2-Kalos(Although the outcome was stupid, I liked the battles that were shown. Even the one against Alain was good if you skip the Greninja vs Charizard one)
3-Johto(Liked it a lot. The battle against Gary was great. The loss against Harrison didn't make me angry. A pretty nice league but it didn't make me overjoyed like the other two)
4-Sinnoh(Unlike most pokemon fans I wasn't that much into the dp series. It never made me think it was something special. The same goes for the league. With the exception of Ash vs Paul, the league didn't make say "Wow, this was awesome" unlike the ones I ranked before it, and also Ash's loss was the second stupidest one in my opinion)
5-Unova(Bad. Just bad. Bland battles, awful rivals, just terrible. The only reason I put It above Kanto is because the cause of Ash's loss wasn't that his pokemon fell asleep during a match)
6-Kanto(Same as Unova with the reason of its last place being said above)

That is MY OPINION. NOT THE WAY IT REALLY IS. So don't hate me if you disagree.

1. Sinnoh
2. Hoenn
3. Johto
4. Kanto
5. Kalos
6. Unova

The top 3 are fairly close, however.
