Rare Lucario Card

Hello folks,

My son has just started collecting Pokemon cards and has a card that we have not been able to locate in any of the existing sets that I have looked up. It is a Lucario LV.30 card and it says it is 3/11. I'm not able to find any sets that only have 11 cards in them at all. Can anyone let me know if they know what set this belongs to? It's driving me crazy!!! Thanks!
 
It could be a POP card, a special issued card you get from league tournaments. I've been out of the card scene for a while, so I'm not too familiar with the POP sets, but I do know they're usually (as you indicated, an 11 card set) tiny and available for a limited amount of time.

By any chance, does it look like this?

 
No, that's not it. I know the card you're referring to. In the bottom right hand corner, it has a little blue silhouette of Lucario, doesn't it? It doesn't so much belong to a set, though. It comes from the Lucario Half Deck, and it's not particularly rare.
 
yeah that picture isn't the one we have here. To describe the card further...

Lucario LV.30
HP 90
(Picture is of Lucario kicking to the left and is a holo card I believe)
Feint 30
Aura Sphere 40
Weakness (eye) +20
On the bottom left is DPBP#506 and you are correct that there is a little silluhette in the bottom right but it is actually orange.

Is there a checklist for cards like this or are they just on their own? Thanks for all the info so far!
 
It's from the DP trainer kit-a pair of half-decks from last year. You can see it here.
