I don't really NEED a rate, I've seen this team in action quite extensively. It can do quite well, but it's by no means unbeatable. It's 2 minute edit of a team that took me like 5 minutes to make about a year ago. I haven't played in about a year, so I'm not quite sure how it will stack up today. Just figured I'd see what you guys think about it!

Crobat (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Sludge Bomb
- Taunt
- Nasty Plot
- Air Slash

Aerodactyl (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Iron Head
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang

Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 128 HP / 128 Atk / 252 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Protect
- Swords Dance
- Ice Fang
- Earthquake

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Def / 252 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Roar

Xatu (M) @ Light Clay
Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Haze
- Night Shade

Zapdos @ Yache Berry
Trait: Lightningrod
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Roost
- Roar
- Discharge
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Pretty obvious what the various roles are. Crobat as speedy anti-lead and surprise attacker (Nasty Plot can cause a few unexpected issues), Xatu for magic bounce and setting up screens, Aerodactyl as very hard hitting speedster, Skarmory for a bit of walling and SR. Also helps to break Baton Pass with Roar. Gliscor for tank and then Zapdos for a bit of diversity...though it never seemed to do so well for some reason. That particular set I'd like ideas on.

Well... I'm no expert on Mono type teams but if your doing doubles Zapdos's Discharge will utterly destroy everyone aside from Gliscor:)bash:) and you might as as well put EQ on as many Pokemon as possible:you are using a Mono Flying type team. If you do use Zapdos you could use a Pokemon with another electric type move like Discharge so you can raise Zapdos's sp.attack and simultaneously hurt your foe. If your doing singles you could put Substitute and/or Toxic on Gliscor or put HP ice on Zapdos.

It's singles. As far as Gliscor, not changing his set, his job is a tank, remove swords dance and an attack, he's just another wall and I'm lacking a good tank, Aerodactyl can cause some damage, but it's low defenses and choice band make it difficult to rely on. I'd like Moltres to have fire attacks for real instead of hidden power...but it's pretty lacking in the movepool as well...
