IVs are uneeded, but evs are in the rules, and its tough to rate without them so please do post them.

Also, Mewtwo is banned in standard OU, and this looks nothing like an Uber team, ou have to replace that, or put it in the ingame sticky on the top of the RMT section

Those are stats, not ivs or evs. You need to keep track of evs to find out ivs, and know ivs to calculate evs from base stats. this thread may help: http://bmgf.bulbagarden.net/showthread.php?t=56586

thats an in game team, theres a sticky for that at the top of the list of threads in the RMT forum. Also, if you look at half the threads here, they all say the same things as i just said, and the rules may be boring, but are worth reading.
