Due to Toxicroak G's Anticipation, Machamp can't Take Out, and Machamp has a +30 Psychic weakness, which means that it's knocked out after Galactic HQ damage. Even without Galactic HQ, Machamp can't KO me and I can still knock it out on the next turn. Azelf LV.X's Deep Balance counters Leafmin and other decks that use large amounts of Energy. Azelf LV.X's Psychic Aura gives me an advantage against other Toxitank decks, since I'll do 40 damage per turn while the opposing Toxicroak G will only do 20 damage per turn. Azelf LV.X's Body also helps against Muk. Normally I can only do 80 damage to Muk and Muk OHKOs Toxicroak G, even with Snowpoint Temple. However, with Azelf LV.X on my Bench, Toxicroak still has 10/30 HP left, which means that if Toxicroak G attacks before Muk, Toxicroak G will win.

Erm... you'll have to excuse me, but I don't understand the strategy. Can you explain it? Maybe there's something I'm missing, but this deck seems a bit jumbled with no clear way to win. If you explain how you think the deck will work, then I can probably help you.

BTW, moving to the Deck Archetypes forum. Thanks for posting!

This deck is built mostly to counter the two main archetypes in my area, which are Machamp and Leafeon+Sceptile (though obviously it needs to do at least decently against other decks). Toxitank shuts down Machamp and OHKOs after damage from Galactic HQ. Azelf's Deep Balance OHKOs or 2HKOs Leafeon, even with Shaymin's Body. The rest of the Pokémon are mostly for support.

If those are the archetypes in your area, then I understand the Toxitank and Azelf lines for support. However, what is the purpose of the Giratina and Dialga lines? And why no Claydol or Uxie for draw?

I don't have Claydol or Uxie in my deck because, quite simply, I don't have those cards and no one is willing to trade them to me. I have Dialga because its Time-Space Traveling works the same as Uxie's Set Up except it can't be Power Sprayed and I can use it multiple times. The Lv. X is to help me stall if I don't have enough energy to attack yet. Giratina's there mainly because of its body.

Do you know of anywhere online that sells Claydol or Uxie for a reasonable price? Everywhere I've found charges around $10-$20 each.

Yikes. If you can find a $10 Claydol or Uxie, by all means buy it. That's a good deal, currently. Since those two Pokémon are the best sources of draw in the game right now, they've really shot up in value.

I made a few major changes to the deck that I couldn't make sooner because the cards just came in the mail.

Ah yes. Looks a lot better now. I'd say this is a solid Toxitank deck. If I think of any suggestions, I'll LYK. I mean, more draw would still be good (Uxie or Claydol), but it looks pretty good to me.

Come to think of it, try to fit a 2-2 Porygon2 GE line in there. And more supporters. Might prove just as good as Claydol, you know? And about $15 cheaper.
