Rate/Help My Team Please

[Envoy]

So, this team is composed of some of my favorite Pokemon. I don't really care much for tiers, I just use the ones I like. So...anyway, please help me with the movesets and I also need help choosing a pokemon for the last slot (no legends, no starters.)

Roserade-

Item-Choice Scarf
Nature-Timid
Ability-Natural Cure

Moveset:

Sleep Powder
Sludge Bomb
Shadow Ball
Leaf Storm

Comments: My lead, the idea is to put the opponent's pokemon to sleep to give the rest of my team a chance to set up.

Ability-Torrent
EV Spread- 252 Def, 252 HP, 4 Sp. Atk

Moveset:

Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Toxic
Protect

Comments: A physical wall. Hydro Pump is for Stab and to hit Steel types, Ice Beam is to hit Grass/Poisons and Dragons and Toxic is to wear down opponents, it works in tandem with Protect. The Lum Berry prevents her from getting crippled (at least the one time)

Salamence-

Nature-Naughty
Ability-Intimidate
EV Spread- 232 Atk, 24 Sp. Atk, 252 Spe

Moveset:

Dragon Dance
Fire Blast
Earthquake
Outrage

Comments: Taken straight out of Smogon because I didn't know what else to do with him. Simple tactic, Dragon Dance when it gets the chance, proceed to sweep.

Heracross-

EV Spread- 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 Sp. Def

Moveset:

Swords Dance
Stone Edge
Megahorn
Close Combat

Comments: Never fails me in Shoddy. The fact that she can absorb status and use it to her advantage is just a bonus. I love her.

I need one last Pokemon for this team, any suggestions are welcome but note that I will not use any legendaries or any more starters.

If Roserade is going to switch out a lot I guess you can use leaf storm... may I suggest hp fire or something over sludge bomb? against nasty steel types.

since you're using a pinch berry, how about substitute? (over solar beam) then you can use hp grass over sunny day

give blastoise leftovers. That means free recovery when using protect. DO IT!

with that kind of sp attack on mence, I would say use fire fang, but many people will probably disagree. But looks ok in general. but why naughty? I would use brave with all the ice beams around.

heracross looks ok.

This team pretty much sucks qua tiers, since it's only allowed in OU (and ubers).

Hm... maybe a Psychic type to handle the nasty Fighting-types, how about a Mr. Mime or Gardevoir?

This Roserade is for my Platinum version and I don't know if the HP it would get would be fire, but if it is, then I'd definately do it

The problem with Tyhplosion is that it's moveset is kinda shallow (if only it could learn Earth Power.) But I want to see all my options before making a final decision, although substitute isn't a bad idea. As for the HP, same issue as Roserade.

Yeah, Blastoise with Leftovers would make sense. I used to have a Snorlax too (as a special wall) and he had the leftovers. I usually follow the Item Clause so that's why I gave Blastoise the Lum Berry. Now that I've axed my Snorlax (it just wasn't working for me,) it would make perfect sense to give the leftovers to Blastoise.

I know that I can't use this team in the lower tiers but I usually play in OU anyway. Besides, I got other Pokes for the UU tier (Leafeon and Torterra come to mind, not to mention I'm training a Light Ball/Volt Talckle Pikachu and I'm thinking of traning a Glaceon too.)

Antilead roserade?
Personally, I would suggest the focus sash set, with Toxic Spikes to cripple the opposing team.
Sunny day barely benefits any one. I suggest choice scarfing him, giving him
Flamethrower/ Focus blast / earthquake/ eruption

Eruption works, but it's got a Timid nature, and an average base attack stat to begin with. Earthquake would be a bit...weak, wouldn't it?
