Pokemon:
4 Chespin
2 Quiladin
3 Chesnaught
2 Genesect (Plasma Storm 10)
Tropius (Plasma Blast 5)
Virizion ex
2 Lapras
Keldeo ex
Blastoise ex

Trainer Cards:
Professor Oak
Professor Sycamore
Caitlin
Interviewer's Questions
2x Skyla
2x Level Ball
2x Rare Candy
2x Switch
2x Rocky Helmet
2x Pokemon Communication
2x Professor's Letters
Evosoda
Greatball
Energy Retrieval

Energy:
Grass 10
Water 8
Double Colorless 4

Strategy is to get out my chespin line + virizion as quickly as possible. This usually means starting with a tropius or a genesect first. Genesect allows me to pull out my virizion from deck and a chespin. Tropius allows me to draw more cards quicker. Once I get my virizion out I use it to get more enrgy and attach it to my chespin line. Once I get my Chesnaught evolved and have its energy attached I switch it to my active pokemon and give it a rocky helmet so that if my opponent attacks it they have to take 50 damage. The water pokemon are in there to take out any nasty fire pokemon I have to go up against.

I pretty much only play pokemon against my friends :D

seems stable enough, though it seems like a slow set up
you can add in Rocky Helmet as an Ace Spec

Rocky Helmet is an Item, did you mean Rock Guard?

Assuming that Lapras is from XY and you're using it for Seafaring, you need a way to discard some Water Energy so you can use that. I'd recommend Ultra Balls, that way if you haven't started how you'd hoped, you can get a Pokémon you're looking for. Also, for the Ace Spec, I almost always favour Dowsing Machine, which also has you discard stuff and can be handy in retrieving something crucial you've already discarded/used earlier in the game.

Also, since you're running Keldeo, a good tech is to add some Float Stones in, that way if you get placed under a special condition, you can use Rush In, then the Float Stone to retreat back out and the condition is gone.

Overall though the strategy is sound.
