Overall, it seems like a good team. Carbink is very good at setting up, and with reflect and light screen with light clay, it would be difficult to too much damage. Along with trick room, that makes pokemon like Greninja and Lucario rely on weaker priority moves that are weakened by reflect. The only negative things I can think of is lack of a mega, and the oh so common Aegislash. Aegislash is good at countering itself, so I would replace your Dusclops' toxic with will o wisp.

Thanks.

I'm not using Megas because it's unclear whether or not they're going to be allowed in "real" competitive play

ya they are allowed for competitive play nintedo released the info a couple of days ago

They are allowed for competitive play, yes. However, Gengarite is likely going to be banned soon and Kangaskhanite may eventually follow in its footsteps.

Typically "competitive play" refers to Smogon rules, with Nintendo's competitive format being called "VGC play". Either way, this looks like a 6v6 Singles team, not a Doubles team, so I'm pretty sure Smogon play is the format being referred to. You are absolutely correct, though, Megas are allowed in VGC play, including Blaziken, Gengar, and Kangaskhan. After all, it would be silly of Nintendo to introduce a mechanic and then ban it in their own tournament format.

Replace Clawitzer with Mega Blastoise. The only advantage Clawitzer has over MBlastoise is that it doesn't take up your Mega slot, but you don't currently have a Mega.
