Though you might consider swapping Scizor's Pursuit for Night Slash.

I'd go with the investment into HP here like Smogon did or into Speed. Scizor will most likely take Special hits like F-Thrower or something. Also I think Pursuit would be better then Night Slash because Pokes like to gtfo when Scizor comes in and go to a counter. If not you can try Bug Bite.

I never saw Heatran as a Revenge killer honestly. If you're looking for a good revenge kill try your Scizor, Weavile, Dugtrio, Starmie, Lucario or something.

With a CS Heatran nets over 400 speed w/ 359 sp. atk... His Revenge set is identical to Smogon's...
Porygon-Z gets Scarf when item clause is absent. Is the new HP evs for Scizor worth it?

AKA Chill their is stuff that REALLY Fails out their... Like Choice SPECS Scizor. :p
 
Go with pursuit rather than Night Slash, it's far more useful.
