Re: new team ^.\\

Right away, I notice your team has a huge Fire weakness.

Skarmory really isn't meant to be used as a Physical attacker. Give it Stealth Rock/Spikes and Whirlwind so it can do what it does best. And if you don't want three Spikers, get rid of Forretress.

You have Scizor as a "Swords Dance Sweeper" even though it doesn't have Swords Dance and Choice Band would negate that anyway. Personally, I prefer Life Orb and if you're giving Scizor Swords Dance, you might want to use it.

Destiny Bond isn't used much, especially by Gengar. Maybe give Gengar Sludge Bomb and Froslass Shadow Ball to finish their STAB.

You're gonna have some serious problems with Fire Pokémon.
*Skarmory is used as a defensive lead, as it's attacking powers are subpar. Stealth Rock/Spikes + Roar/Whirlwind for a good lead.
*Aerodactyl is in pretty good standing :)
*Scizor should have Life Orb instead of Choice Band. If you're gonna use Swords Dance, you need freedom to use all four moves.
*Destiny Bond=suicide. I personally don't use it, but if you want to, it's your call. Froslass functions well using Destiny Bond, Gengar is more of a Pokémon that sweeps for a while, and then gets killed by a powerful wall.
*Forretress can do a bit more. You don't need three Spikers, so remove the Spikes and give it another move (though I'm not sure what, that's your call.)

thx for the comments but i might swicth Gengar for electivire and Scizor for regirock ^.\\

since it doesn't serve a purpose, why not replace skarmory with a fire resistant pokemon?

i fixed some of them now look at them and tell me ^.\\

You dont need Skarmory, and you dont need Frosslass, Foretress is doing their jobs already. if you want a spin blocker replace Frosslass with a Dusknoir or Rotom. Then replace Skarmory with something fire resistant, or with Flash Fire aka Heatran. This helps you with your Scizor weakness.

Remove toxic spikes on Foretress, and get rapid spin, it's what makes him unique. the EVs are fine on him.
although he dosent need fous sash he is really bulky already so get leftovers or Shed Shell.

Gengar is good however Thunderbolt> Sludge Bomb, never really like the wide lens hypnosis gengar but whatever.

Aerodactyal wants a life orb, stealth rock is usually up early so he sash will be removed, save for if you use rapid spin on Foretress.

On swords dance scizor replace u turn with Bug Bite. And yeah

@Dark Abyss: Definitely put T-Bolt over Sludge Bomb. It's less powerful, but you could really use the coverage.

@Jackwriter: Don't post an in-game team in someone else's thread.

Boring pokémon. But I don't know what else to do.

Mind if I jump in here and give my thoughts?

Forretress(forget this one and switch it for a Metagross)

Froslass(either Swampert,Drapion,Spiritomb depends on your choice)

Gengar(take this one out too and give one of the 7 Eeveelutions a go instead)

Scizor(Switch for Sableye)

Aerodactyl(Latias/Latios)

Skarmory(no need for two flying types so I'll make my final choice in it's place a Tyranitar)

See how things go with those 6

You might wanna put Rapid Spin on it to remove entry hazards your opponent sets up.

Since Froslass has Spikes there is no need for Foretress to have Spikes, and having a Sash on a non-lead is odd.

All-in-all this team gets raped by Heatran, Starmie, Jolteon, Jirachi, Azelf, Tyranitar, etc..I'd suggest you exchange some of these Pokemon for others that cover your threats better.

Man you would have alot of problems with Fire-Type Pokemon.
I suggest that you get rid of Aerodactyl & Scizor and replace them
with an Electric (I would suggest Elekid->Electivire)and Water Type (I would suggest ummm... Gyrados or Kingdra).

P.S. Where did ya get those Pokemon Pictures 0_0

Skarmory, Forretress, Frosslass and Scizor are all weak against Fire type pokemon. Try adding a Water-type Pokemon to plug the leaks in your team. You could also teach one of your Pokemon a Water-type move like Surf, Waterfall or Water Pulse. Get rid of Gengar or Aerodactyl and replace them with the Water-Type you catch or a Water-Type you already have in order to counteract your team's weakness to Fire Pokemon.
