Rate my Ninetails?

I maxed out it's EV's in Sp. Atk and Speed, it's a level 100 and has a Timid nature with Flash Fire ability.
It's moveset is
-Iron Tail
-Overheat
-Dig
-Flamethrower.
I've trained it in Gen III, and I'm going to migrate it to Gen V.
Please rate and reccomdentations on improvements will be greatly appreciated.
