So yeah, I really want to use Mega Lopunny as my main team for ORAS and I was wondering if someone can review/criticize the team I currently have set up:

Latios @ Life Orb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Surf
- Defog
Rotom-Wash @ Chesto Berry
EVs: 252 HP / 212 SpD / 44 Spe
Calm Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Rest
Talonflame @ Sharp Beak
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Roost
Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Ability: Limber
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Return
- Healing Wish
- Fake Out
Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip
Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 SpD
Bold Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell

Latias is preferable over Latios on this team. MLop, your wincon, switches in and out a lot so Healing Wish to bring it back up is desirable.

Latias @ Life Orb
Levitate
Timid
72 HP/184 SpA/252 Spe
~Healing Wish
~Defog
~Draco Meteor
~Psyshock

Rotom needs a complete overhaul or else you'll be mauled by MMence. The SpA is to break max HP Mence's Subs with Volt Switch, allowing you to get in something else before it can boost its Speed.

Rotom @ Leftovers
Levitate
Bold
248 HP/80 Def/180 SpA
~Hydro Pump
~Volt Switch
~Pain Split
~Will-O-Wisp

Talon should run Tailwind over Roost so you can have one last shot at beating MMence if it gets itself set up.

Lopunny should pack either Quick Attack, Power-Up Punch, or Ice Punch over Healing Wish - MLop appears to be your wincon and you lack any set up sweepers, so there's not point in sacrificing it. Giveing it another move allows it to handle a wider array of threats.

Ferrothorn needs Shed Shell over Rocky Helmet and Protect over Power Whip.

Sylveon has lost defensive usability due to Gunk Shot Greninja, and Specs Sylveon (the current better set) is not a good fit for your team. On top of that, you don't need a cleric if you pack Healing Wish Latias like I recommended earlier - you can just HW up a statused, almost dead 'mon instead of having to waste a turn Heal Belling and then finding an opportunity to pass a Wish. Instead of Sylveon, pack a Greninja of your own to form the superb "BOP! core" (MLopunny + Greninja). This also gives you more versatility in regard to your wincon - it doesn't have to be MLop, as Greninja is fully capable of cleaning on its own in many cases. This gives you more wiggle room to play recklessly with MLop.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Protean
Naive
40 Atk/216 SpA/252 Spe
~Gunk Shot
~Low Kick
~Ice Beam
~Dark Pulse

Seeing as you have a life Orb and STAB, then you can just use Dragon Pulse. It has enough power and there is no point in lowering your special attack and then having a moveset wasted on defog. Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, and Energy Ball could be potential moves for that slot if you go with Dragon Pulse.

No you can't "just use Dragon Pulse". Latios's whole schtick is his strong Dracos. Second, what do you mean by "wasted on defog"? Defog is the whole point of this 'mon, allowing it to provide hazard control. Also, none of those last moves provide relevant coverage - even if he were to keep Latios over Latias, he would replace Surf with either Earthquake to bop Heatran or HP Fire to bop Ferrothorn.

Okay the coverage moves are better ideas from you, but I just thought if you got a 90 base power, which is boosted by 80%, then you don't really need to have a turn wasted on fixing yourself. Sure it's good for opponents who want to raise their stats, or baton passers, but if your'e going to use defog, then you should probably have a bulky set like you suggested earlier, or even bulkier. And would roost be a better option than Healing Wish?

And I thonk running Jump Kick would be better than High Jump Kick.

...Why? You're basicly giving up 30 BP in exchange for what? 5 Accuracy? Don't bother with the regular Jump Kick unless you're using something like Sawsbuck, where it's your only option when it comes to Fighting-type moves.

You're confusing Defog with Haze man
Haze resets stat boosts/falls
Defog removes Stealth Rock or Spikes etc from the battlefield (and lowers the evasiveness of your opponent, but that's not the point of using Defog)

Also, there's no way in hell that Jump Kick is preferable over Hi Jump Kick

Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor

If you plan on sticking with Latios it needs to be all out attack. EVs are fine but give it a Choice Specs and replace Defog with HP Fire. If you want a good Defogger do what GB said and swap it out Latias. Latias has much better bulk than Latios and is overall better than Latios.

Talonflame @ Sharp Beak
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Roost

Choice Band 4 Attack. Add Steel Wing as well.

Besides these 2 the whole team looks solid.

Latios does prefer offensive over Defog these days, but I'd use Scarf so you can RK MSalamence at +1 assuming it's not max Spe Jolly (which it pretty much never is).

Also, MDiancie is not enough incentive to use Steel Wing, Tailwind is still preferable in the last slot so you can suicide it vs something (i.e. Salamence, but RP Diancie, Agility Metagross, etc works too) and then countersweep.

Haven't really done much research into the ORAS Meta yet, but now that I've gotten some time to do so I definitely see your point. Steel Wing is pretty much useless on CB Talonflame with all of the new Mega's running around and Greninja knowing Gunk Shot.

Okay, I've been a bit confused lately, DON"T LISTEN TO ME PERSON-That would be the OP, but anyway thanks for reminding me what these moves actually do (this is NOT sarcastic, I ACTUALLY greatly apreciate it).
