I know, my move pool sucks. xD I also want to know if the EV helps pokemon at level 50ish.

Read this and make the appropriate changes before asking for more ratings. In-game and Competitive pokemon are completely different, and EV spreads help at any point although they may be slightly different.
 
EVs at level 50 are slightly different from ones at lvl 100. I cant remember exactly how, but iirc you need 8 evs to raise some stats by 1, instead of 4. However, that depends on if the base stat ends with an odd or even number. Generally while making a vgc team you should look towards skarmbliss's analyses or Smogon's Analyses. Neither Have published them, but you can find them in the forum.
