Rate my team!

Hello everyone, my name is TrainerGrey and i'm new here on the forums. I recently bought White 2 and I plan on using an original team throughout the game like I did in White 1 and it was extremely fun. If you wanna know how I am using these Pokemon from the start of the game I am using this program called PokeGen where you can create any Pokemon you like. Anyway here is what my team is gonna be please tell me if its good, decent, bad, excellent, for I have spent all day thinking of this team.
Venusaur
Aerodactyl
Lapras
Snorlax
Jolteon
Houndoom

It's a strong, well balanced team of fun-to-use pokemon.

Thats not bad, I like Venusaur, Aerodactyl, Lapras and Snorlax. I've used them before and they're great fun in the game Im not so sure about jolteon though (but thats just cause I think I'd prefer Raichu), and I always wanted to have a Houndoom in my team So for me it sounds gounds and like a plausible team to go through the game

Venusaur is only good in sun, so w/o ninetales, it stinks.
Lapras is outclassed by Cloyster as a Water/Ice.
The rest are good however.
Try using Jumpluff and Cloyster instead of Venusaur and Cloyster.

he's right usually a team rating is only for completion pokemon not for ingame teams
but it will surely be fun to use those ingame missions

There is a specific thread for in game teams. If your RMT isn't competitive then this should go there.

I was trying to think of a team for both ingame and online battling.

Venusaur does not stink lol, on smogon its on the Uber tier. Yeah I don't like lapras that much I'll consider using Cloyster though.
