Hello,
I'm assuming that, due to the EVs, this is supposed to be a competitive team. However, there are a few problems, which I'll go over quickly.
Firstly, you need comments. In any RMT, you can't just give us the Pokémon—you need to give us the strategy behind them. Why choose this Pokémon? Is this one performing well? So on and so forth.
Moreover, you should think a bit more about your sets. Why Bright Powder on Gengar? Adding 10 percent evasion won't make a big deal. Gengar's built to hit hard, and you're sacrificing a lot of the power that a Life Orb gives you.
Togekiss is a special attacker. Why throw on ExtremeSpeed?
I'd recommend using Smogon as a resource and going over their competitive battling guide for now. You could certainly have potential with these Pokémon but you need to play to their strengths.
Good luck!

Well, I put Extreme Speed on Togekiss just to deal with some fast Focus Sash Pokemon. Thanks, btw :) I'vel been using Smogon recently and moving up to 5th gen and planning a new team :)
