3x team galactic's mars --- secret wonders
4x holon farmer, ex delta species
2x wally's training --- ex sandstorm
2x switch --- diamond and peral

pidgeot for searching for cards
gayarydos as main attacker
rayquayza δ for removing weaknes and as a backup att'er(attach a holon's elecrode and then use delta search to attach 2 holon energy to power him up)
celio's network for searching for pokemon before i have pidgeot
stevens advice and team galactic's mars as draw cards
holon farmer for taking cards out of the discard pile
wally's training as an alternative to candy because it also lets you search for the pokemon
switch as an alternetave method if retreating pokemon
snowpoint temple for increasing pidgey's, magicarp's, and rayquayza's hp

Doesn't look bad, but just a general rule; you should rarely use fewer basics than their evolutions. For instance, use the same amount of Magicarp as Gyarados.
