This is a trick room team. All pokemon have slow IV's, so keep track of that. Also remember that 4 pokemon are in each battle.

Bronzong Lum Berry
Relaxed / Levitate
252 HP, 152 Atk, 8 Dfnc, 96 SpD
Trick Room
Explosion
Earthquake
Reflect

This is the essential component to this team. Set up Trick Room, Explode or Reflect to protect Shuckle from dyeing. At all costs set up Trick Room. Without it this team dies a terrible failure. It is a possibility to just switch out, but thats a low possibility it an enemy can beat zong AND take an Explosion.

Shuckle @ Focus Sash
Brave / Sturdy
252 HP, 58 Atk, 200SpD
Power Trick
Stone Edge/Gyro Ball (Tell me Which!)
Earthquake
Protect
This is the team’s most powerful sweeper. After using Trick Room with Bronzong the sweep begins. With Shuckle’s poor defenses after Power Trick the Focus Sash is essential protection again any priority move such as Bullet Punch, or Aqua Jet. Hopefully a Reflect will have been set up by Zong. Explosion is helpful for any Pokémon such as Scizor that might hurt Shuckle while it protects.

Dragonite @ Life Orb
Quiet / Inner Focus
200 SpD, 112 Atk, 198 SpA
Superpower
Draco Meteor
ThunderBolt
Extremespeed
This is a standard Mix Dragonite with a few modifications to the EV’s and Nature to lower the speed for the Trick Room. This is one of the only categories Dragonite is better than Salamence in. Its low base speed is a great asset and versatile move set allows it to be a great Mix Sweeper in Trick Room.

Scizor @ Occa Berry
Adamant / Technician
252 Atk, 252 HP, 6 Dfnc
Bullet Punch
Super Power
U-Turn
Bug Bite
Does this need much of an explanation? Just deal damage, hit hard, and hurt as much Pokémon as possible. With Occa Berry, any fire attack will still have a hard time taking it down.

Octillery @ Expert Belt
Sniper / Quiet
252 SpA, 252 HP, 4 Dfnc
Water Spout
Energy Ball
Ice Beam
Surf

With Octillery’s vast move pool and great attacking stats it is a powerful force in Trick Room. Any move that isn’t resisted has a high chance to OHKO easily. It’s slow speed and –speed nature makes it an amazing choice for this team.

Togekiss @ Sitrus Berry
Serene Grace / Relaxed
252 HP, 148 Dfnc, 110 SpD
Follow Me
Helping Hand
Aura Sphere
Roost
Without saying, without this Togekiss this team crumbles. Once Zong has gotten Trick Room up it should be switched for Togekiss while Shuckle uses Protect. Once it is in, it can use Follow Me to prevent too much damage to Shuckle, while it executes a sweep. If Shuckle gets taken down, then my other Pokémon (usually Octillery) comes in to deal solid damage while Togekiss keeps it from getting taken down.

in vgc you are allowed 2 non event ubers not including garchomp (who is a non-uber). That means you can use TR bronzong over dialga, and stuff like groudon, mewtwo, reyquaza, who are much better pokemon and work in TR too

Bronzong shouldn't carry EQ if it'll be sent out with Shuckle. Shuckle can't take that hit.

Shuckle's EVs should be 252 HP, 252 Def, 6 SpDef with a Relaxed nature. That allows for maximum damage after a Power Trick. As for the Stone Edge/Gyro Ball question, they both have the same neutral power (assuming the foe is at least 6 times faster, which will apply to most things). Stone Edge offers better coverage (hits SE against flying things) and has an increased crit hit ratio, but low accuracy. Unfortunately, a miss could mean immediate death for poor Shuckle.

Focus Sash is a poor option for Shuckle, since chances are it'll be hit before the Power Trick anyway, which it'll survive. Better options would be attack boosters, like expert belt, muscle band, etc. Or you could go with Lum/Sitrus Berry (change the ability to Gluttony for the Sitrus Berry).

Ultimately, my move suggestion is to replace EQ on Bronzong with Gyro Ball and put Stone Edge on Shuckle. Rock Slide is another alternative on Shuckle, since it is also a double hit, can flinch, gets STAB, and has much better accuracy, but its low power means you won't get some KOs, which could mean the end for poor Shuckle.

For Scizor's EVs: change them to 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Def. If Scizor has max HP, it dies after the 8th switch-in to Stealth Rock.

If you want to make a VGC team with a Trick room base, then Dialga is a far superior option to start Trick room.
In VGC you can exploit the use of Ubers and use Dialga:
So you can lead with Dialga with Trick Room and have a Groudon too this way you have your 2 bulky TR pokemon and you need 2 more. Here comes in the defensive aspect. You can go with Metagross and Tyranitar. I personally started using Hippowdown who has seemed to be a great pokemon in VGC, as noted several times in the VGC tournament in Seattle too.
So you can go with:
Standard Metagross (not agiligross) and Cursetar
OR
252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD ||| 252 HP / 52 Atk / 32 Def / 172 SpD Hippowdon
and Cursetar.

So its always best in VGC to use the Ubers to the best of your ability.

Shuckle can probably take most priority moves with it's monstrous defenses, the only things you should worry about are Bullet Punch Scizor and maybe Aqua Jet Feraligatr. Don't worry so much about it. However, Shuckle can't take an explosion, so keep Protect.

Gyro Ball over Stone edge. Shuckle needs an attack that isn't based on attack power because it's attack is meaningless without Guard/Power swap

Shuckle can't take priority after Power Trick. Also, Gyro Ball, as I said, is exactly as powerful as Stone Edge. If what you're worried about is Shuckle's lack of attack power, then you should suggest neither. But trust me, you'll pull off the power trick fairly consistently. What you really need to worry about is staying alive afterward. And if you trade out that move for a wall-ish one, you'll ruin the entire point of this Shuckle.
