I dont have much experience with creating a weather team and I recently got creamed with one on shoddy, which made me want one. I've read into them and even though I think my team looks good, it has been met with very little success. Any suggestions welcome, and all pokemon replaceable so long as they are replaced with UU or NU pokmeon.

Again, any help would be greatly apreciated.

Nasty Plot on Pikachu sounds good, but it really doesnt have the defences to set up, and don't even think of using a Focus Sash because it needs Light Ball to actually DO something.

I think you need more Pokemon directly benefiting from the rain, imo. The only ones getting a direct benefit from it right now are one swift swimmer with his STAB water moves, and two Pokemon getting good accuracy for Thunder. None of your Pokemon are normally weak to fire so the rain isn't providing a resistance to it for them and the others don't have any moves benefiting from the rain either. You also run the extreme risk of running in to other swift swimmers that are not yours and setting them up for an outstanding sweep possibility (especially against Pikachu and Ambipom). In the end the rain is probably doing you more harm than good with this team.

I don't want to go into EVs since that is so dependent on your IVs. I'd definitely replace Pikachu with another swift swimmer for starters. Raikou has to go also of course since it is BL. Keep Weezing in there. Clefable I'm not sure about. Ambipom looks like it would work well at both setting up rain and being a good anti-lead. Kabutops - heck yeah, definitely keep him.

Sorry that isn't very detailed yet. It will likely get shuffled around soon I'm sure so work out the finer details later.
