why would you use Quiet on empoleon? use modest. Same for charizard; no lonely but adamant. And please post all the EV's too. (and the choice band on aggron is not going to work, I can see that already)

I dont know how to work out evs, and as for the empoleon thing i saw it had a few strong physical attacks so i didnt want to decreas it but then i changed my mind

Then this team is seriously going to fail competatively. But you can always use it to battle friends. I shall base my advice on the latter:
Drill peck on hydro cannon on empoleon. Don't use dragon rush, you already have a dragon typing. Use fire fang or something. No heat wave on charizard, and think about ditching fly either, use aerial ace and dragon claw or maybe swords dance. Use either u-turn or x-scissor on scizor. kanghaskahn actually looks good for moveset. Lose the coice band and iron defense on aggron. replace it with stone edge or something.

When you are building a pokemon, and want to use in competitively you do not want it to have the same type of move twice. For example your Empoleon should not know both surf, and hydro cannon. Since your Empoleon has a special attack move set i would take away hydro cannon cause it will weaken your other moves.

As for the EV training to make it competitive, you want to make the pokemon last as long as it can, and do the maximum amount of damage to your opponent. This will take a lot of thinking cause you will have to think of what every pokemon in party, and its role. Also with experience of EV training will ultimately make your next teams even stronger.

Ultimately you have a well rounded party that will do decently well. you do not have any major weaknesses that i can think of. so just go out there and battle people, You wont learn if you do not battle.

It's called tact Mijzelffan

EVs stand for Effort Values. They're kinda like little extra bonus points your Pokemon can recieve in any of their stats. Each stat can have a total of 255 EVs and your Pokemon can only have a maximum of 510 EVs.

Everytime a stat gets 4 EVs, that stat will get an extra +1 upon level up. For example, lets say that upon level up, your Empoleon would normally get +2 on it's speed stat. If it gets 4 speed EVs, then it'll get +3 in it's speed stat instead. Each Pokemon's stats can have a total of +63 extra points on a stat if EV trained properly. So, by level 100, your Empoleon's speed would normally be of 156, but if you EV trained it in speed, then it'll have a maximum of 219 speed.

Here's where natures come in. Different natures promote the growth of one stat, and hinder the growth of another (there are also neutral natures, but you don't want to use those.) If your Empoleon has a Timid nature, it'll increase it's speed stat but decrease it's attack stat. Considering that a competitive Empoleon will hardly ever use it's attack stat, it's not a big loss. With a Timid nature and 252 EVs (+63) in it's speed stat, Empoleon could reach a maximum speed of 240.

How does one go about EV training then? Well, every Pokemon gives off EV points upon defeat. For example, Magikarp gives 1 speed EV when defeated, so if you want to get 252 speed EVs, you'd have to defeat 252 Magikarp with Empoleon. This would give it the +63 Speed it needs to outrun certain Pokemon that don't invest in speed. Add the move Agility (which doubles your speed stat during the battle) and Empoleon will be faster than almost everything that isn't holding a Choice Scarf.

There are ways to speed up the EV training process. They're called the Pokerus (which doubles the EVs you'd normally get. So Magikarp would give you 2 EVs instead of 1,) the Macho Brace (which does the exact same thing,) and the Power items (Weight, Bracer, Belt, Lens, Band and Anklet. One for each stat.)

The easiest EV spread is 252 on one stat, 252 on another and 4 on a third stat with the last 2 going to waste. 252 is used because, even though each stat has a limit of 255, 252 is the last number that's divisible by four. If you gave your Empoleon 255 EVs on it's speed stat, it'd be wasting 3 EVs

The stats you should concentrate on highly depend on what role you want your Pokemon to perform on the team. For example, a sweeper (which is a Pokemon designed to hit hard and fast, thus "sweeping" through the opponent's team) should concentrate on it's speed stat as well as the attack stat of choice (ATK for physical sweepers and SP. ATK. for special sweepers.) Whereas a wall (a Pokemon designed to take hits from sweepers and survive) should concentrate on HP and your defensive stat of choice (DEF for physical walls and SP. DEF for special walls.)

Mixed sweepers and walls, as well as stallers and annoyers could be a little trickier to EV train depending on who they are

I hope I explained things in a way you could understand. If I didn't, feel free to send me a message with your doubts and I'll try to clarify them =)

Are you planning on using this team for competative battling? If you are, then you need to EV train. Plus, this team consists of an Uber, Two Overused Pokemon,Two Underused, and one Neverused pokemon.
Meibie use this team against a friend. Thats all this team would pass for.
