Source.
What roles will they all be playing?

And another.
One last source.
So, apparently, the fourth season will introduce quite a few new characters. With any luck, they'll last and won't suck.
Definitely seems like we'll be getting at least one new villain, though.
Entertainment Weekly is reporting that both Ray Park and Deanne Bray will play roles in the upcoming season of NBC's "Heroes." They'll be joining newcomers Robert Knepper ("Prison Break") and Madeline Zima ("Californication"):

Little is known about Park's role, except that he would be playing one of the colorful characters at the center of the show's Carnivale-esque storyline. (My guess? He's the character described in the breakdowns as "Knife Thrower.")
Bray, meanwhile, would play a deaf love interest for one of the main Heroes. As I previously reported, the part specifically called for a hearing-impaired actress. (So much for my campaign to get Jericho's Shoshannah Stern the gig!)
And another.
n at least six episodes of the series' fourth season, Knepper will play Samuel, a Jim Jones type -- charismatic but evil, with a twisted sense of humor -- who will veer into the lives of all heroes.
The character had been referred to as "Carnival Barker" in the series breakdown released last month. Filming for "Heroes" will start again later this week.

She will cross paths on the college campus with a quirky student played by Madeline Zima. "Californication" co-star Zima has been hired to recur on the NBC drama.
In a multi-episode arc she will play Gretchen, an edgy outsider and college roommate to Claire.
