Orre was a desolate desert region, uninhabitable by wild Pokemon. Until now. Duking, mayor of Pyrite, has commenced his Orre Reforested project, using imported Pokemon and the hardy Pokemon that have adapted to Orre he found in the Poke-spots, to breed a new generation of Pokemon capable of life in Orre, and has started planting trees and other plants and irrigiating the desert.

A long time into the future...

You are a Trainer in the brand new Orre League/Orre Grand Festival, which have started to celebrate the completion of the O.R. project. 13 talented type specialists have been recruited from across the world to become the Gym Leaders, E4, and Champion. Three contest judges have also been recruited. Gyms are located in Gateon Port, Agate Town (Which has greatly increased in size), Obsidian City (large city located on Citadark Isle, now easily accessible), Phenac City, Realgam Town(small town built around Realgam Tower), The Under(reopened), Metro City(Pokemon HQ Lab, largest city in Orre, starting city), Pyrite City (very large now, more safe and high tech, less run-down). E4 is on what was previously Mt. Battle. Contest halls found in all cities and towns, and the GF is held in Realgam Tower. Gyms/Contests can be challenged in any order you like. The strength of the GL's pokemon depends on how many badges the challenger has.

Rules:
Standard rules - godmodding and friends disallowed, romance/violence PG-13, don't go overboard with swearing, you know 'em.
You may have 2 characters. To prevent unfairness, you can't have a GL and a League trainer or a judge and a coordinator. I won't have a character, I'll be the narrator. What I say is law.
If you're a GL/judge, be fair. If you are biased, or refuse to allow your pokemon to faint, etc, you'll be warned. Continue and you'll be stripped of the position. This goes for normal battles too. Don't drag them out - if someone's Chandelure just used a STAB super effective Fire Blast on your Parasect, there's no way in hell you'll survive w/o a focus sash.
Held items that you've obtained in story can be used, but you can't just randomly generate good items as you wander Orre. If you keep giving yourself good items, you'll be warned, then if you continue you'll be punished, for example by having to release one of your pokemon. Revives, potions, etc. can't be used.
Your Pokemon can know 10 moves. Don't have the Charmander you just got know Fire Blast - keep move power realistic to the point you are in the story, unless you were given a Tm. Tms can only be obtained from gym leaders in story, but you might be rewarded with one for good behavior. Elemental stones can also be obtained this way. Use italics, bold or underline in your SU, but make it subtle. Don't write the word Italics in italics under Other, for example
I know this seems like a lot of rules, but a lot of it is stuff that would have been done anyway, I'm just writing it down for refrence. Remember, rules enhance enjoyment of the game, they don't hinder it.

Your starter can be:
Any main game starter
Any Mystery Dungeon starter (including the Wii ones)
Sandile
Axew
Litwick
Zorua
Joltik
Timburr
There are 2 of each starter

we'll start at 7-10 people, SUs will remain open indefinitely

Have fun :)

Name: Sharda

Gender: Female

Appearance: Sharda always wear a very elegant dress, and with it she normally have my hair bound toward the end, and have it just straight. Her hair is a very beautiful shade of brown, and goes down to about my waist. The dress is more commonly a sky blue or sea green, but sometimes she wears a fiery red dress for special occasions. Sharda's eyes are a shade of light blue.

History: Sharda grew up in a very large mansion, and was a rich kid. She got everything that she wanted, but one thing, the attention of her parents. Her parents had 3 nursemaids to take care of her when she was young, but none ever cared for her like a daughter. Eventually, She finally got my parents attention, but it was well to late.

When she was about 7 years old, a homicidal maniac broke into Sharda’s home, and killed both of her parents, the only reason she was not killed is that her parents had kept the man out of my small room. Sharda’s parents were both discovered dead in the morning, because the housemaid let in a group of my parents clients. After that, she got complete control of the mansion, but the profit didn't come with it until she was 18.

Personality: Sharda is very cheery, and will often not lose her temper, even when the going gets tough. Sharda always takes care of her pokemon, and does not usually get very offensive in a battle until her pokemon finish their stat boosting. Sharda speaks as if everyone can be royalty, yet keeps it very subtle, as she barely ever speaks anyways.

Name: Lake

Gender: Female

Appearance: Lake is about 5' tall, has beautiful auburn hair that hangs down to her waist, and the front of her hair is tightly curled up like a spring. Her eyes, dress, and shoes are as green as the grass outside. On certain occasions, Lake does where a Light blue dress, but not very often.

History : Lake grew up in a very highborne enviroment, but had very little to own because it was all her Aunt's and Uncle's money getting her to live there, and her parents barely any money that they could spare for her, because they only got enough money for their food, and to pay for schooling. Unlike Sharda, her cousin though, Lake got all the attention she could ever want from her parents. When her Aunt and Uncle died, Lake was constantly coming to visit Sharda, and eventually, when Sharda turned 18, Lake got to travel the world to see where to open a daycare. Lake finally decided to start a daycare in the Unova region, but wasn't able to open it yet because she wasn't so sure about whether she would be capable of running it herself.

Personality: Lake has been a very shy person since her Aunt's and Uncle's death(will be explained within Sharda's history), but will gladly talk to anyone who introduces themself first. Lake is very soft-spoken, but speaks like she is royalty if you get her to talk to you, and that is because her Aunt and Uncle were actually royalty. Lake doesn't exactly appreciate pokemon battles, but if she needs to, she can battle very well. Lake would also rather run a day-care than have to battle against someone.

Buggabo, why don't you read through the rules once more? You're missing something very important. If you fix that up, I'll happily Accept you.

Gym Leader Jay

Gym leader
Name: Jay

Gender: Male

Appearance: Jay has short, blonde hair cropped straight in the back which leads to mid-neck; with long, framing bangs going down the sides of his face. He has golden-yellow colored eyes, inherited from his mother. He is somewhat short, only being around 5'4 in height. He usually wears hoodies, all of which have a thunderbolt or thunderbolt-like logo on them; with differentiating colored plain t-shirts underneath. He is almost always seen with a music player.

History: Jay was born and raised in Pyrite Town long after its reconstruction, and had listened to his grandfather's stories of the Shadow Pokemon incidents in the past. He was raised by his mother and verbally critical father, whom never spared his feelings in any aspect. His father was a powerful Electric type trainer, which he forced on Jay. His Tynamo was a "pitiful Electric type" which his father had given him, saying that a weak trainer deserved weak Pokemon. He never let Jay evolve Tynamo, and Jay trained his Everstone-wearing Tynamo for almost 3 years, until his father was lashed out against by his incensed mother. His father battled her, putting her into a coma. Jay, in an anger, fought his father in a battle with his grandmother; in which their combined forces defeated him. His father released his Pokemon, committing suicide soon afterwards in shame. His mother recovered, however her movements have been permanently hindered.

Jay soon met and battled with a retired Elite Four trainer, whom of which was an Electric type trainer herself. He lost terribly, though she decided to take him under her wing. She taught him many ways of battling, and he soon evolved his Tynamo into Eelektrik. His grandmother whole heartedly approved of him finding his own path. Soon, Jay went back to the Elite Four member; whom he trained with as a disciple for 5 years. The woman then had a celebratory battle with him, in which Jay lost; however, he managed to knock out her powerful Electivire. She gave him an Elekid, stating that he should definitely spread the power of Electric types. Soon, Jay went on to become the Gym Leader of Pyrite Town; and has stayed that way to this day.

Personality: Jay is fairly quiet but determined trainer. He is very serious when it comes to battling, almost never smiling in the heat of battle. He prefers to fight using his weakest pokemon first to ascertain the strength of his opponents. He is rarely surprised, but is visibly happy when a challenger defeats him. He is, however, caring for another trainer's pokemon, offering to heal them even when they lose to him.

Type Specialty: Electric

Personality: Camille is a smart girl who has a nonexistent temper. She regards everyone with the utmost respect, and is able to take most insults and turn them around, employing a reverse psychology of sorts. She is soft-spoken, and can be shy at times, though when she feels she has a point to make, she will speak strongly.

Name: Kimberly "Kim" Able
Gender: Female

Appearance: She has long, slightly-curled, light hazel-brown hair, reaching somewhere in between her shoulders and mid-back. The color of her eyes is turquoise blue, while her skin's complexion is slightly tanned. Her usual attire of choice is a white or green shirt, cream-colored jeans, as well as white sneakers that have light blue streaks and designs. Kimberly stands at about five feet six inches and has an averagely curvy figure (for her age, that is). She has a silver bracelet, a "lucky charm" as she calls it, on her left wrist. When the weather is cold, she'll have a violet-colored wool jacket on. When the weather is warm, on the other hand, you'll see her wearing blue shorts instead of jeans. Her bag is a red backpack, and she likes to keep her Pokeballs conveniently clipped on her belt.

Personality: Kim has a rather quirky personality, if you will. She can be a very friendly, hardworking and caring person at times. She loves Pokemon, and will tend to anyone in need. She may have a bad temper when you get on her wrong side. She does not like it when her ideas are challenged, and likes to be the leader-like person - but as long as you don't downright ignore or challenge her, you'll be fine in her book. She also has a habit of getting lost, her sense of direction is not that great. Luckily, she has Pokemon who are better at navigation compared to her. She can also be hyper at certain times.

Her determined, challenging, and high spirited personality brought her to the Orre Region, and her goal is to be one of the first trainers to complete the league. She is adventurous and loves to read, write and run. She likes sports quite a bit, and is also a fast runner. She has some posters and information of famous Pokemon trainers, such as Misty, Lance, Red, Cynthia, ad some of the Elite Four. When she's alone, she's usually reading a book while listening to some music.

When in battle, Kimberly is pretty straightforward, and likes to have a strategic plan ready before hand. She's pretty tough and determined, too. If anything goes wrong, she'll do her best to change it on the spot, so you'll never know what might come your way. Sometimes, though, she is over-confident, and too offensive, but it often turns out fine. She might get a little proud sometimes, but it would wear off after some time. Defeat will only make her strive and train harder.

Starter: Joltik
Moveset: String Shot, Leech Life, Spider Web, Thunder Wave, Screech, Fury Cutter, Electroweb, Bug Bite

League or Contests?: League
Other: Will Abilities come into play here?

I have added another character to my post, Blaze ^^ Check the second spoiler. Is it okay to have a Gym Leader and Elite Four profile?

Tyrah is fine, Jay, but you'll have to fight in the E4 for every battle, you can't have some members fight twice. It's fine in the backstory, but you can't do it in the RP. Also, Calvin, Buggabo PMed me with an error - You can't have both a GL/E4 and a League trainer. Camille will have to do Contests or you'll have to edit Calvin.

MuddyMudkip, Accepted.
