Really confused about Poffins

I am trying to max out my Electrike's Cool condition for contests. I got its cool condition high enough so that it said "It wont eat anymore". So I bring him to the guy in Pastoria and made sure he was the first in my team. The guy said "It's not good but not bad" or something like that, and he didnt give me the scarf. How do I max it out, then?

If this was meant to go in the simple questions thread, sorry. I don't see it as simple though, since I maxed it out...

The berry I was using was Enigma. (Took it from my TRU Darkrai and planted it to get a bunch), which, when made into a Poffin, boosts coolness a lot and beauty a bit.

It actually is very simple, really. Anything that can be answered in one post is not worth making a thread over.

You don't max it out based on stuffing it with poffin until it can't eat anymore. Its condition is maxed out based on the level of poffin given.

I'm pretty sure you've figured out the flavour-system, but there are also flavours which contradict other flavours weakening them. Basically read this guide:

For cool its Petaya and Figi are the best berries.

Also, you only need 180 in the condition, that's not even maxed. Max is like 240 or something.

I know for Feebas to max out Beauty you should only feed it high-level Poffins (somewhere said they had to be over lv. 26?). Pamtre Berries are the ones I used... for me, only the top poffins I made (23 and above) made my Feebas evolve, so try it.

Incorrect. Spelon Berry is the best berry used to create Poffins for Cool Contests. Spelon also raises Beauty, which is factored into the forumla for the first portion of the Contest.

hey, have any of u guys used da poffin given by that lady???? it was lvl 51 or sumthing round there.......i was thinking of just getting a few more by re running my pearl and just feeding it all to one pokemon????that pokemon would have everything??? hw do u make such a poffin gosh....
