Recolour Game!

I had an idea for a little bit of fun on this forum.
I used a random number generator to pick a base and a pokemons colour to put on it. First one to guess where the colour came from picks the next base and then i will randomly choose the colourscheme to go on it.
I guarantee some of these are going to look hideous lol.
Here goes the first one!

Xatu? Or maybe Kecleon? Carnivine perhaps? There sure are a lot of red, yellow, and green pokemon...
