Red and Green OST

Hay everyone,

I was wondering if there's a way to obtain the music from the Japanese Red and Green games (and Blue and Yellow if possible).
Is there a CD that I can try to find? Do I have to try to find it on the interwebs? Or do I have to attempt to rip it from the game itself?

Any and all help is appreciated.
