Red Genesect Collection no TCGO deck access code

I bought 2 of the Red Genesect Collection boxes. Neither had the deck access code card included even though the back of the box has TCGO online symbol on it.

The Bulbapedia also mentions it includes a TCGO deck access code. Is this incorrect?
