"Listen to me, young one. You are not who you think you are. Everything up to this point has all been a dream. When you wake up, your journey begins. A personal journey, that will open your eyes to your true self. Once you do, follow the sound of my voice. I will test your resolve."​

The voice rang out in your mind, as you slowly reach an inky darkness where your dreams once resided. The voice gets less and less tangible as you wake from the message that echoed through your very being. As you wake up, everything to you seems so... unfamiliar. Your belongings, your memories, even the world around you. Today is the day you get your first Pokemon from Professor Rowan, and he has an important message to relay to the trainers coming by today.

This RP will take place in the Sinnoh Region, where individuals will be chosen to travel the Sinnoh region and learn about the relationships between people and Pokemon, eventually learning about themselves. Each Pokemon will represent something about your character, and will grow as you grow.

Rules
1. As GM (Me), my word is absolute. No fighting, no drama, and certainly no rule breaking. If you have a problem or concern, come to me.
2. No bunnying. (That means no controlling environments, other people's characters/Pokemon or events.)
3. No godmodding. (That means you're not invincible, Gary Motherf---ing Oak, or a Champion. You're not gonna win every single battle.)
4. Come to me if you have something going on. We all have lives to attend to, so don't hesitate in coming to us.
5. Put some effort and detail into your sign-up. I mean it.
6. All six Pokemon will be attained at their most basic evolutionary stages. That means you won't be catching an Arcanine randomly, or a Garchomp won't befriend you if you wish it to be. You cannot catch a Legendary Pokemon either. This is because our characters are learning about themselves through their Pokemon, "evolving" if you will.
7. Keep all posts PG-13.
8. Reserves will be held for 24 hours.
9. Forum rules always apply.
10. Battles will be anime-styled, and your Pokemon can learn any move if it can be bred, taught, tutored, and learned on it's own.
11. If you have any questions about the RP, ask me.
12. Don't steal the spotlight and go off on your own plot. Let everyone have their time to shine.
13. Pokemon that normally evolve through trading are allowed to evolve without trading. Pokemon like Haunter can evolve when appropriate, as well as Onix.
14. One character per person.

The former is short and kept in a ponytail. She is rather baby-faced, which only makes her look younger. She typically wears bolero sweaters over plain shirts, and the color scheme is always complementary. She also wears long skirts and leggings that match either her vest or shirt. Her shoes are typically shiny black Mary Janes.

He has long white colored hair that falls down past his neck, his hair matches well with his silver eyes that shine with mystery and coldness, thus making him a person that insights curiosity. He has white skin and usually wears a black colored jacket along with a matching pair of pants and a whit t-shirt under the jacket. Darren has a black tattoo on his right hand, the tattoo having the form of a black claw that extends a little past his wrist.

Appearance: Steve is a tall, built and handsome guy. He stands at 6'1" and is very bulky and strong which kind of means he weighs a decent amount but he it is due to muscle. He has medium-short sandy blonde hair and grey-blue eyes with a very minimal tanned (basically not pale at all) face that works with the hair and the eyes. Steve usually wears a light blue collared shirt with dark blue boot-cut jeans along with red sneakers. He does change into different clothes because he does that. He doesn't really like to make him more muscular but if you look at Steve, you do assume that he is athletic and loves his adventures while oozing confidence and leadership or so he thinks.
