If you've never heard of Mudazumo Naki Kaikaku.... well, I don't blame you, it's pretty niche. It's also pretty bonkers. Of all things, it might be easiest to treat it as analogous to Yu-Gi-Oh, only instead of over the top card games deciding people's fates, this is over the top games of mahjong between real world leaders deciding the fates of nations. If you've ever seen anime memes of former Japanese Prime Minister Koizumi, George Bush (either of them), or Kim Jong-Il, those almost certainly came from the short-lived OVA adaptation.
Has anyone else had the please of reading this series before? It gets even more insane in the later volumes.
