They are all part of a trio. Pick the Best (1st, 2nd, 3rd) in:


Looks.
Battle Winner.
Pure Epicness.
Awesomness.
Number of Fans.
 
Looks: Regice

Battle Winner: Regirock. It has great attack while Registeel has very little. Regice has nothing that does a whole of damage while Regirock does.

Most useful: Registeel. It sees usage in Ubers. Gotta respect that. It is also one of the best walls in UU.

So yeah, each gets a vote which is great as I can never decide which among these is myfavourite.
 
Regice > Regirock > Registeel

I just love Regice look, it's simple but not boring, and it looks so freezing. Gotta love it.
 
My favorite is Regice. It looks so cool. Literally.

But the winner in a battle would be Registeel. It's a steel type. Steel > Ice, Rock.

I never really liked any of them.
But if I would have to choose I would take Registeel.

Why?
It's a steel type, duh.
 
Registeel is the most badass.
Regice has stubby arms that it can't move very well (though it's my second favorite due to it being the more interesting)
Regirock has hammers it can't use for anything but smashing.
Registeel has claws. It also looks like IS a mechanic golem.
 
Registeel. It's STAB moves are super effective on both the others, and it can wall effectively on both sides.
 
I love all of them, in this order

Rock - Steel - Ice.

Looks.
Steel
Battle Winner.
Rock, great attack power, beats Ice with Stone Edge, Steel with EQ
Pure Epicness.
Ice
Awesomness.
Steel, good at both ends of the spectrum.
Number of Fans.
Ice, explains why it's always cold XD *rimshot*
 
Regice. The combo of Defense and Special Attack is one of my favorites.
 
I love Steel types, but I hate Registeel's "fingers". Regirock.
 
Registeel could beat the other two in a battle since steel is 2x against rock and ice. As for looks for me it goes Registeel>Regirock>Regice
 
Registeel is the winner. Regirock would be an amazing Sandstorm wall if it didn't have so many blasted weaknesses. And Regice? Don't get me started.
 
Registeel is simply the best out of all of them. It's not that hard to comprehend.

Those are my preferences based on usefulness, design and just personal opinion
