His name is Gen, and he is a In-Game Tag Team partner in a side quest.

He has Lucario, and obviously was based off Aaron.
 
Thanks for making that reference, I may sprite him with a saxophone or something, hehehe.

Since the Guidbook comes out soon, I'll post Sugimori art if I find any in this thread.

There's nothing wrong with Oilman, he was a cute lil' robot master~...horrible english voice though.
