Remove all Wikipedia references?

That isn't rude, if it is their policy, and besides, where else will they get all the information on HgSs, and other things without Bulbapedia.

The way I see it, Wikipedia is simply against using other wiki's as source material, and that seems like a very good policy to me. While BP may be a great place to find Pokemon info, it's still only a fan-made wiki, with no connection to either Nintendo or Game Freak. It doesn't really provide any original information, and simply parrots things that have been said by original sources, and many times it doesn't even state what those sources are.

Furthermore, you're calling for all references to Wikipedia to simply be removed because they don't like BP being used as source material, but there's a difference between the two. BP never used Wikipedia as source material, it only links to it when it's talking about something relevant to the article at hand that deals with something in the real world, rather then the Pokemon world, such as linking to a species of real-world animal that a Pokemon may be based on. If you were to remove all of those links, you'd have to find some other website to link to instead, and that seems like entirely too much work for something like this.

Suggestions from immewnity should not be taken seriously, fyi guys.

Just one last thing before this falls into the depths.

Wikipedia's "rude" to us... how many times have we had to yell at people for using them as a source for episode titles and that crap? It's the same difference really.
