Reshiram-black and Zekrom-white?

Apparantly Zekrom will be the white mascot and reshiram is the black mascot
Why?
an which one wil you get?

How? Also to answer your question a black pokemon wouldn't show up on a white background and game freak was obviously hinting at it since the white logo is black on white and the black logo is white on black.
