Okay, its been 7 years since we've seen a new Kadabra card in the TCG. There has not been one since the SWkyridge expansion because of some magician suing Nintendo, saying that Kadabra was meant to be an evil imitation of him. Even though this case was thrown out of court, Kadabra has not yet seen a re-release in the TCG. This has also led to only 4 Alakazam and 1 Abra being released in the last 7 years. I think it's high time Kadabra was reintroduced into the card game.

Uri Geller Doesn't, and until he does - no Kadabra cards.

...still, we've gone quite a long time without them :-|

Have we seen Kadabra in the anime? Mira's Kadabra was downgraded to an Abra in the series.

It's Porygon again. Controversy strikes and Japan immediately stops paying any attention to it.

If the case was thrown out of court, why would he get to decide? Moreover, why only impact the card game and not any other incarnation?

Because Mr.Fake was mainly concerned because he saw the "Dark Kadabra" card, which he thought was portraying him as evil.

When WPM spoke to some people from TPC didn't they say the matter isn't over yet? It could have been a part of some out-of-court agreement between Mr.Fraud and The Pokémon Company/Nintendo/GameFreak/Whoever.

I think it is kind of ridiculous that one guy can stop an entire company from making a playing card because he for some reason assumed it was aimed at him.
