Return of Lost Characters/Pokemon.

Discuss about which characters/pokemon should return and which one's should not.
 
May is probably my favourite female companion of Ash. She wasn't too feisty like Misty, which led to Misty's smitten feelings make her look a freak ocmign to the end of the Johto era. And she wasn't too sweet like Dawn is right now, Dawn is practically all over Ash and more or less dirbbles over any word he says. The friendship, and possible romance, betwen Ash and May cannot be beaten, and should not, shame on Nintendo for ditching her!
 
I believe there's already a thread for this, if I'm not mistaken. I think I've seen too many of these by now...
 
I wish Ash brought back his older pokemon more often, but what can you do?

At least Gliscor is returning.

I agree, Misty is one of my least favourite characters, after Tracey, and now Brock since his comical appearances in earlier years has become too much of a serious adviser to Ash.

I couldn't believe it when Ash got rid of Gliscor, it was the funniest pokemon he had.
 
What ever happened to Primeape? He left it for training and we haven't heard about it at all, since. He obviously doesn't care about his pokemon as much as the series says he does lol.
 
This threads never ends well,but ok if were talking about return of charaters to main cast here are my wishes:
-bringing Misty back who was great character having dynamic and best chemistry in my opinion with group,purpose being advancing more on her goals of becoming water pokemon master which cant be achieved at gym(reasons are obvious) giving to her character proper development she didnt received.Alsio this would raise up opportunity to learn more about her character,backstory,her family(aside from sisters) etc,bringing more comedy and something fresh on show,aswell getting to see her pokemon more often.
All in all while some people may have not like this to happen,many people would love to see her return which would satisfy older fans and bring to younger kids something new(she is trainer afterall,being different from other girls) and opportunity to get to know her.

Talking about returning for appearance:
Well list is kind of long so ill just mention few:
-it would be nice seeing May more often,and getting some coverage about how she went in Johto Grand Festival would be great.
-Max is in need of getting some cameo,he has basically became nonexistant after departure.Too bad that promised battle between him and Ash probably wont happen because of "rule" of characters not aging.
-maybe Lance who is one of my favorite E4 members.Yes,yes we get to see him both in Johto and Hoenn getting more than most of them but nevertheless i wouldnt mind having appear legendary dragon master once more.

But the problem with Misty is she has seemed to have matured, and wouldn't bring the comedy she did in the earlier years, she has sort of lost that "spark" between her and Ash.
May would be great to see again.
Lance is too cocky.

All of characters have been matured,like Ash,May etc.In Mays case she has matured even more than Misty did as we get to see at end of Battle Frontier and in her cameo at Wallace Cup.Nothing wrong with that,characters cant stay 100% same forever,going through some development with new traits being there.Of course their main base never changes(things which define them),but some change is expexcted to happen.

Duriog chronicles and cameos we can see how Misty came long way since her early days becoming more sequre in herself,and responsible.She is still bit hotheaded,likes to tease her friends,having those phobias and her humor with her main traits being there.Its just she growed up more which is positive to me,giving more depth to her great personality.

As for May and Lance comments thats fine.
We have different opinions and wishes,of who should return and who shouldnt and i respect yours.

I agree, i just meant how her humorous aspects have been diluted since, and they'd need to try and fit it in more :D
 
Other than Misty, I want May to make a comeback. Also, Max (because I want to see him as a trainer).
