Album: Nouvelle Vague
Artist: Nouvelle Vague
Year: 2004
Genre: Bossa Nova, Lounge

I was not in the 1970s when New Wave emerged. I’m too young to understand the roots of punk music and its early successors. I don’t know its effects on society in Europe, America, or any other geographical area. Nouvelle Vague introduced all that to me. Nouvelle Vague is that interesting girl you meet at that party that you didn’t really want to go to but glad you did. She talks about things that you wouldn’t have been interested in, (and probably still aren’t interested in) but how she talks about them brings you in. With a sweet voice and a charming personality, she becomes your guide into a strange world full of wonder and joy. It suddenly didn’t matter how the world was in the 70s. It’s the 21st century now, and the world is a magical place.

Score: 7.2/10

I think this would belong in blogs, though.

Oh.

As for the album, I never heard of it, but I like the song you posted. It's just unique in it's own way.

In honesty, I never really expected anyone to recognize the artist or album. I'm writing these reviews primarily to expose music. I hope you enjoy the music I post about.
