It's Been Hundreds of Years since Magnemite, Totodile, Absol, and the Machop that was human saved the world from destruction (Mysterious Dungeon 1, using the character I used to beat Rayquaza). Now, a new human has come...but is she really a hero? Based off Mysterious Dungeon 2...(not really, I basically only use the few stuff we known and branch off from there), this fic takes place mainly in the Pokemon World, which is seperate from the Human World entirely.

Chapter 1: Enter Ribbon!

“Ribbon…Ribbon!” yelled an older women’s voice as she stood at the foot of a long staircase, leading up to a small hallway. Through a nearby pink door layed a similarly colored room, in which a young girl sat upon her bed looking at a magazine. She was wearing pink shorts, a pink top, and a long pink ribbon that came out of her flowing, red hair. She perked her head up revealing bright blue eyes as she heard her mom’s voice echo through her head.

“What?” she asked sweetly, almost like she was singing.

“Dinner time, honey!” her mom responded as the girl, who was named Ribbon, jumped up and dashed down the stairs to sit at a small, round table. He mother walked over carrying a large plate with a big hamburger on it. Ribbon smiled as she reached and put her napkin on her lap, and closed her eyes to pray. When she was done, she quickly grabbed the hamburger and took a big bite out of it, eating almost half of it in one bite.

“Oh Ribbon…I still wonder how such a sweet girl has such a huge appetite! If you don’t watch it, you’ll get fat!” her mom said with a grin as Ribbon smiled. Ribbon’s mom was a skinny and tall woman, with the same red hair as her daughter. Her outfit was also quite similar, a pink dress with a matching pink shirt.

“Oh mother, y’know I have a pretty high metabolism!”

“That’s right…your stomach is just a bottomless black pit!”

“Oh, mother! That was so funny! You should be a comedian!”

“I shouldn’t quit my day job as a mom…now should I?”

“Of course, you rule at that!”

“Hey…speaking of jobs, you have that career aptitude test tomorrow…right? Maybe you should get some rest?”

“You’re so right mother. I need to be in tip-top shape to pass it, don’t I? Well, nighty-night!” she said as she hugged her mom, and slowly walked up to her room. “Oh boy, I sure hope that test is easy!” Ribbon said with a smile as she got into her frilly bed, unaware she would face the biggest test of her life.

“Oh my…I feel…fat?” said Ribbon as she drowsily began to wake up, rubbing her stomach which felt bloated. “Maybe I shouldn’t of ate that burger before bed…wait…my hands?” she said as she slowly opened her eyes, and noticed her hands had only three fingers…and were now small, green claws. She stood up, and noticed she wasn’t in her room either…but on a sandy beach. “Where am I?” she asked herself, as she peered into the water. She gasped in shock at what looked back wasn’t the pretty girl Ribbon, but a fat, green animal, the only way she realized it was her is that one of her new ears had her ribbon tied around it. She let out a piercing scream that could be heard probably on the other side of the ocean.

“Hey, why you yelling lady?” asked a voice as a small, grey fish popped out of the water.

“Oh…I’m sorry…hey, fish can’t talk!”

“What the heck? I’m a Remoraid…and last time I checked, all of us Pokemon could talk…unless I was a baby, or something!”

“A…Pokemon?” asked Ribbon as Remoraid nodded as he looked at Ribbon oddly.

“Um…yeah, like you.”

“I…I’m one of these, Pokeman?”

“Pokemon! Yes, a Munchlax!”

“Oh dear…what a dreadful name…”

“Well, that’s just what you are. Your name is?”

“Oh…Ribbon!”

“Ribbon the Munchlax, huh?”

“Hey, what was that noise…oh, hi Remy…who is this?” said a voice as a small, quadruped green snapping turtle with a leaf sprouting out of its head approached the two. The Remoraid smiled, as it then pointed a fin at Ribbon with a frown.

“Oh, hiya Tony. This is Ribbon. She suddenly screamed for whatever reason.”

“Oh…what kind of Pokermon are you?” asked Ribbon politely as she tried to curtsy by grabbing the edge of her fur, which was almost like a dress at the bottom. Tony smiled as he blushed.

“What a kind young Munchlax…oh, Pokermon?”

“Yes…this…uh, Gatorade told me I was a Pokermon, and I guess you are too?!”

“Well…yeah, that’s what we all are. And it’s Pokemon…oh, I’m Tony! Tony the Turtwig!”

“Oh…a Turdwig, nice to meet you Tony!” smiled Ribbon. Tony blushed, before shaking himself out of it. He walked over to Ribbon, and put one of his front legs up to her head.

“You seem…sick, we better get you to town right away!” he said as he waved his head to his shell.

“I think I am…quite ill. Do…you want me…to ride you?”

“Don’t worry, I’m stronger then I look!” he said as Ribbon walked up, and hopped on his back. He grimaced as he fell to the ground, as Ribbon began to cry.

“I’m fat!” she yelled outloud as Tony struggled to get back up.

“Don’t worry…I got ya!” he said with a feigned smile as he slowly made his way up the beach to a grassy path.

“A Munchlax embarrassed by her weight? Now I’ve seen everything!” said Remy as he dived back into the water.

“Look at all the Polkamon!” said Ribbon as she looked around as she rode on Tony through a clearing in the middle of the woods, as lots of weird creatures talked and basically acted like humans. She noticed a couple of wooden huts in the distance.

“We’re almost there, Ribbon. That up ahead is the Ambipom Clinic, part of this town called Woodworth, which happens to be where I live as well,” said Tony as they entered the town, and went to a large hut that was painted purple. On top of it stood a large, stone cross. As they entered, Ribbon looked around. The room they were in had many Pokemon seated around, some bandaged up, and some lying in beds asleep. There also was a small counter up front, next to a wooden door.

“May I help you?” asked a large, pink Pokemon as she approached Tony. She was wearing a nurse’s hat, and carried an egg in a pouch on her stomach. Tony nodded Ribbon looked up at the nurse in amazement.

“What’s that?” whispered Ribbon as Tony turned around quickly.

“A Chansey, Nurse Cindy!”

“Huh?” asked Cindy as she pointed to herself, while Tony smiled.
“Oh…I think this Munchlax, Ribbon, has amnesia. She doesn’t even know what Pokemon are!”

“Oh my! I better get Dr. Ambipom right away to take a look at her!” Cindy said with a worried look as she rushed through the door in the back.

“Dr. Andiepoem?” asked Ribbon confused.

“Dr. Ambipom, Dr. Gregory Ambipom, the best doctor around…you do know what a doctor is?”

“Yes, but of course silly!” said Ribbon with a grin, “they have lots of those back in the human world…like my father!”

“H…human?!” asked Tony with a surprised look on his face.

“Yes…do you know what that is?”

“I’ve only heard about them in ancient texts…they live in another world…but…Ribbon, are you…”

“A human? Yes…or, I was. But…for whatever reason, now I’m a Munchlax!”

“Oh boy…you’re really sick!” said Tony as he rushed through the door quickly, leading into a small room with a bed. Cindy was talking to a small, purple monkey…with two tails with hands on the end of them emerging from its rear.

“Darn it, Cindy, isn’t anyone of these patients…you know, patient?” he said angrily as he walked over to Tony and Ribbon.

“Sorry doctor, but this girl…thinks she’s a human!” said Tony as he walked over to the bed, and nodded to let Ribbon know to lie down in it.

“Well…I think there are two possibilities…one, she suffered a severe injury on the head, or two…she’s ate too many spoiled berries.”

“Tony…why don’t you go wait outside, we should run some tests!” suggested Cindy as Ambipom nodded.

“Sure…whatever, we may as well get this over with before wrestling.” Said the doctor sardonically as he pushed Tony outside, and walked over to Ribbon. She smiled.

“Hello…um, Doctor …Amberdom?”

“Oh boy…it’s gonna be a long day…” he sighed as he began to operate.

“Tony, may I ask what you are doing here?” asked a rather refined voice as a small, red beetle that looked like a conductor walked over to Tony
.
“Ah, Kojiro, how are you?” asked Tony as Kojiro, who was a Pokemon known as a Kricketot, bowed its head.

“Very good…just resting a bit from all that research, it gave me a dreadful headache. What are you checked in for?”

“Oh…not me, Ribbon…this Munchlax I met. She thinks she’s one of those humans from your books!”

“Ah…the Tome of Aster Alakazam, volume two…wait? You said…she thinks she’s a human?” he asked in shock.

“Tony! Tony!” interrupted Nurse Cindy as she ran over to him, huffing heavily as she caught her breath.

“The doctor needs you!” she said as Tony and Kojiro followed.

“What is it?” asked Tony as he looked at Ribbon, who sat on the bed happily.

“This girl…I’ve found nothing to indicate any form of brain damage, nor anything she ate caused this. I even had a Luxray perform an X-Ray on her…and nothing.”

“What…you mean?”

“Yes…in my profession, they say when you hear footsteps, it’s probably a Rapidash…but I believe, it’s a Girafirig.”

“Wait…she’s a Girafirig?” asked Tony confused as Kojiro bopped him on the head with one of him hands.

“No, it means he expects the unorthodox conclusion…if she has nothing wrong with her physically or mentally, she might really be a human…at least, she might have been!”

“Oh…Ribbon, are you? Are you really a human?” Tony asked quietly as Ribbon nodded.

“I swear upon my heart. I was a human…and now, I’m a Munchlax!” she said sincerely as Tony looked into her eyes, and smiled.

“She’s telling the truth,” he said as Kojiro looked surprised.

“Come…come by my house, maybe I can help!” he said as Tony nodded.

“Great, now leave. This is getting too freaky…come back when something normal, like a heart attack happens,” said Doctor Ambipom grumpily as Ribbon stood up and curtsied as she walked out of the room.

“Doctor…what do you think?” asked Cindy as the three other Pokemon left.

“She doesn’t seem like a liar…but then again, I might be lying.”

“Hello Ribbon, I’m Kojiro the Kricketot!” said Kojiro as the three made there way out of the hospital, Tony carrying around Ribbon again, still struggling with her weight.

“Hello Kojiro…the…Krikeytoe. It’s nice to meet you!”

“Well…what a sweet young women you are. I think you and Tony would fit together nicely, him being the local gentlemen as the ladies call him!”

“Stop it…you’re embarrassing me!” said Tony with a blush (partially from exhaustion) as Ribbon giggled.

“Indeed he is…but really, you don’t have to carry me. I realize…I’m quite heavy, but I’m not so obese I can’t walk!” she said jokingly as Tony nodded and let her down, breathing a sigh of relief when she wasn’t looking.

“By the way…I am the local scholar of sorts, and you’re claims of humanity…interest me. I heard a similar story in one of my books, and I’d thought I’d share it with you at my house…ah, there it is!” Kojiro said as they entered a small, red hut. The inside looked like a tornado had hit, with books all over the floor, a nearby table, and a bed.

“Wow…you sure have a lot of books Kojiro!” exclaimed Ribbon amused as Kojiro nodded.

“Well…no objections there. Now…where was it?” he asked himself as he began to shuffle through the books. Tony walked over and being to help as well, as Ribbon watched quietly.

“What’re we looking for, Kojiro?” asked Tony.

“A green book with a large eye on the front…ah, here it is. The Xavier Xatu book!”

“Xavier…Xatu?” asked Tony as Ribbon looked confused as well.

“Yahoo?” she asked shyly.

“Xatu…a wondrous Pokemon with the power of foresight. Xavier wrote a book centuries ago, believed to be fiction, of an incident when the land was in peril…”

“Peril?” asked Tony surprised as Kojiro sat down on his bed and opened his book as Ribbon and Tony crowded around him.

“Yes…a meteor was causing an imbalance of the environment…things looked grim, until a brave Machop, Absol, and Totodile appeased to the legendary Rayquaza to help stop it!”

“I’ve heard of that before…but what does that have to do with Ribbon?” asked Tony as Kojiro looked mysteriously at Ribbon.

“The Machop…was really a human!”

“He…he was?” asked Ribbon surprised as Kojiro nodded.

“Yes, a human who possessed the qualities of most Machop…brave, hotheaded, and strong…”

“Hmm…I’m not any of those!” replied Ribbon as Kojiro laughed.

“I wonder…perhaps the form you took corresponds to your characteristics as a human…if I may ask, and don’t take this the wrong way…do you eat a lot?”

“Oh, of course. I love to eat…in fact, and I’m embarrassed to say this, I was called a black hole by my mom and friends! I wasn’t this fat as a human…I was quite skinny though, in fact! I’ve kinda gotten use to my new weight though…I feel kind cuddly now!”

“Well, Munchlax…is known as a gluttonous Pokemon. And perky, which you…rather seem to be. I’d say you make a good Munchlax!”

“So…if I’m like the Mochap in that story of yours…does that mean, I’m a hero?” she asked as Kojiro shook his head.

“Perhaps. There is no way to tell. However…perhaps we can find some clues.”

“Clues?”

“We’ll explain later Ribbon. For now…I was wondering, would you like something to eat?” Tony asked as Ribbon’s smile spread across her wide face.

“Oh, I’d love to! I’m starving!” she said as she rubbed her large belly.

“I think we should bring a lot of money Tony…she is a Munchlax after all!” suggested Kojiro as he obseved Ribbon's large belly.

“Oh…I don’t want to intrude…”

“No problem Ribbon! I’m friends with the restaurant owner, so you can eat the house if you want for almost nothing!”

“Oh…restaurants?” she asked as Tony nodded.

“Yup, they’re these places…”

“Oh, I know what they are. We have those in my world too…actually; this whole world seems oddly…just like mine. Of course, except more…primitive…and with animals, but still…I’m already feeling rather comfortable!”

“That’s great…well, shall we get going?” Tony asked as Ribbon nodded, as the three walked out of the house and headed down a small path to a giant house shaped like a sunflower. Inside was a large room with many Pokemon sitting at round tables eating many kinds of food.

“Why, howdy Tony and Kojiro…oh, and this is?” asked a humanoid sunflower as it greeted the Pokemon. Ribbon smiled at it, yet at the same time looked confused.

“Hello…my name is Ribbon! And you are?”

“Sunny!”

“Oh…um, and what kind of Pokeymo are you?”

“Huh?” asked Sunny with a look of disbelief as he peered down at Ribbon, who hid behind Kojiro.

“Oh…sorry, Mr. Sunflora!” Kojiro said politely as he stressed the last part. Ribbon nodded as she understood.

“She likes to joke around!” laughed Tony as Sunny smiled.

“Well, well! I was about to say, a girl doesn’t know what a Sunflora is? I almost felt like a rare Pokemon or something or another! Woo! So…I’m guessing a Munchlax like you is here to eat? Welcome to the Sunny Day Diner!”

“Sure am! I’d love it ever so much! And believe me…I eat anything!” she said with a grin as Sunny grinned back.

“Well…it’s a good thing Tony is a friend of mine! I’ll give you all you can eat!” he said as he quickly ran through a nearby door to the kitchen as Ribbon sat at a nearby table, and bowed her head to pray before looking up. Sunny brought out a plate quickly, and sat it in front of Ribbon who thanked him as she quickly gobbled it up. Sunny smiled.

“Wow! Never seen someone scarf down my Roast Rawst Cake like that…now that you’ve tasted a sample, what do you want?”

“That was wonderful…how about, everything on the menu?” she said as Tony and Kojiro gasped.

“Everything?” asked Sunny as Ribbon nodded.

“When it comes to food, I’m not picky.”

“O-okay! Coming up!” said Sunny as he quickly ran into the kitchen again.

“That was wonderful!” said Ribbon as she lay down in her chair, smiling as she patted her bloated belly with her hands as a tower of plates stood over the table.

“I’m glad you liked everything…that you ordered the whole menu three times!” he yelled excitedly as Kojiro looked amazed.

“Well…a Munchlax does have quite an appetite!”

“No…not even a Munchlax eats that much!” exclaimed Tony as Ribbon stood up happily out of her chair, and waddled her way out the door, which she now had trouble fitting out of.

“Good bye Sunny! Thanks for the meal! I loved it, really I did!” she said as Tony and Kojiro followed her out of the diner.

“You’re welcome! And Tony…I’ll send you your bill later!” he yelled after them as Tony chuckled sadly.

“Well…now that we’ve eaten, why don’t we take you to the Guild?” asked Kojiro as Ribbon stopped and let out a burp.

“Excuse me,” she said with embarrassed, “I’ll probably burn this off quickly, I have a quick metabolism…which means more room for more food!”

“Great…” said Tony with a sigh as Kojiro laughed.

“Anyway, Guild?” asked Ribbon as Kojiro nodded.

“Just follow us, it’s easier to show you!” he said as he led the way. Ribbon smiled. Such nice friends I’ve met! Everyone here is so polite and kind!

Back at the diner, Sunny was still cleaning up the mess Ribbon left as he was quietly being observed by three Pokemon sitting at a nearby table. The one seated in the middle was a devious-looking purple frog, with bandages wrapped around its stomach. To the left of him was a venus-flytrap creature with a fang-lined mouth, smiling as it held a mirror up to its face and was applying some power to her face. And to the right of the frog, was a small, purple skunk which had a relaxed look on his face.

“Hey, Craig, who was that girly with Tony? I’ve never seen her before!” said the flytrap to the frog who snickered evilly.

“I guess Tony found a new girlfriend, eh Celia?” he remarked as the flytrap looked angrily at him.

“Hmph! I told you, I wasn’t his girlfriend…just team mate!”

“Oh, si, si. Sure you were!” added the skunk with a slight Spanish accent as the flytrap looked at him.

“Shut up Santiago, before I snap your head off!”

“Oooh…bite me!” he responded as the two stared at each other intensely, as Craig suddenly put both his hands in front of their faces.

“Stop fighting. Let’s save it for the Welcoming Party...” he said with a grin as his friends grinned as well.

Chapter 2: The Leaf Team!

“Ah, there it is…the Guild!” exclaimed Kojiro as he pointed one of his little hands over at a large hut in the distance. It was covered with many vines, leaves, and other objects that made it look quite old.

“Follow us Ribbon, I bet Wendy would like to meet you!” said Tony as the three approached a small gate that led into the building. Turtwig knocked on it with one of his paws, as Ribbon heard the sound of wings flapping as a bird landed on top of the gate. It looked like a parrot, with an oddly shaped head that resembled a musical note. It stared at Ribbon suspiciously.

“Hello Tony, Kojiro. How may I help you fellows today, and who is that new girl with you? Hope she isn’t a floozy like that Celia girl, I mean come on! Hitting on every guy here, I almost pecked her just so she’d stop…but of course, she’d put on that crying act of hers!”

“Chazz, this is Ribbon. She wants to join our Expedition Team and I need to see Wendy about it, urgently!” yelled Tony as the bird nodded and opened the gate for them.

“Sure, even know we’re closed this late at night I’m sure Wendy would love to see you guys, yes she would indeed! Hey, this reminds me…” he began to ramble on and on as Tony, Kojiro, and Ribbon, looking at the bird oddly, slipped through the gate.

“What was that about?” asked Ribbon as they made there way down a torch-lit hallway, causing Tony to laugh loudly.

“Chazz the Chatot, he’s quite a loudmouth!” he responded as Kojiro nodded.

“Yes, he does have a way with words. Even I don’t ramble as much as he does.”

“So…where are we?” asked Ribbon.

“Oh, of course. This is the Guild. It’s a place where we Expedition Teams use as our base of operations,” explained Kojiro.

“Expedition Team?”

“Yes, Tony and I recently have begun one. We hunt for many rare artifacts in local ruins. It’s really quite beneficial to my studies, and it pays well.”

“And, we hunt down bad guys to keep the town safe!” Tony added bravely as Ribbon gasped.

“Bad guys? Oh my!” she exclaimed loudly as Tony nodded.

“Yup, lots of unsavory characters have been popping up. But don’t worry…I won’t let them hurt you!”

“Oh, thank you. I was worried for a moment. So, why bring me here?”

“We think perhaps we can find something about your ordeal during our explorations, so…we want you to join. We could use your strength on our team!” declared Kojiro.

“Strength? I’m just a young women, I’m not a fighter or explorer!”

“You’re a Munchlax now, Ribbon. You’re stronger then you think…and don’t worry, me and Kojiro will protect you!” reasoned Tony as Ribbon pondered it over in her head.

“Now now, I’m merely the brains of this group…Tony is the fighter here!” said Kojiro nervously.

“Yeah!” laughed Tony as the hallway ended, and they came to a huge room with torches gathered around in a circle. In the middle stood a large bulletin board with many wanted posters and notes left on it.

“This is the Bingo Board Ribbon.” pointed out Tony as he walked her over to it.

“Those…look like some scary Pokemon indeed!” she said nervously as she backed up and felt herself hit something soft. She slowly turned around to come face to face with a large, pink rabbit.

“Hi ya!” said the rabbit as it gave Ribbon a big hug, causing her to giggle incessantly.

“Oh…you’re so soft like a pillow!” she said between giggles as the rabbit let her go, causing her to try and catch her breath. Tony and Kojiro both bowed, as Ribbon quickly curtsied along with them.

“Ribbon, that’s Wendy the Wigglytuff…the Guild Mistress!” Tony said as Ribbon smiled.

“Hi, I’m Ribbon…a hu…” she began to say as Kojiro quickly covered her mouth, putting his mouth up to her ear.

“Keep that a secret, okay?” he whispered as she nodded.

“I’m a Munchlax!” she said quickly as Wendy looked at her oddly.

“Don’t mind her…she’s somewhat…um, naïve!” said Tony quickly, as Ribbon looked at him with somewhat of a frown.

“Well hi little lady! What can I help you three with tonight?” she asked in a sweet voice as Kojiro took the initiative.

“We want Ribbon to join our Exploration Team, so could we get her authorized?” asked Kojiro as Wendy nodded.

“Sure…come this way!” asked Wendy as Ribbon followed her apprehensively. Wendy motioned for her to get on a scale, which she did. It creaked as Wendy looked at it and nodded.

“About three-hundred pounds, female, 2-foot five or so, seems health…” she said as she examined Ribbon thoroughly.

“Three…three hundred? Am I that heavy?” Ribbon asked sadly as Wendy laughed.

“Well, honey, it’s slightly heavy for a Munchlax, but nothing to freak out over!” she said as she finally finished looking at Ribbon, and quietly went to the backroom. She came back later, carrying a green-sash with a leaf imprinted on it.

“This is your official Team Leaf sash, which you must wear during all missions outside of town to signify you’re part of Team Leaf, Kojiro and Tony’s team!” she said as she handed the sash to Ribbon, who smiled as she fitted it around her neck.

“It’s pretty. Thank you!” said Ribbon sweetly as Wendy smiled.

“Such a nice girl. Now…any question about the Guild?” asked Wendy as Ribbon nodded.

“What do we do exactly?”

“All sorts of things! You excavate ruins for the local museum, quite a fine pay if you ask me, hunt down criminals, that sort of stuff.”

“You have a museum? That’s quite interesting…I’d love to see it!” she exclaimed as Kojiro nodded.

“Yes, I love the museum as well. Why don’t we head there right now?” he suggested as Tony and Ribbon nodded.

“Well, you kids have fun. I’ll see if I can get a job for you tomorrow, as practice for little Ribbon!”

“Thanks Wendy!” they all said as the left the building. As they made there way out, Chazz fluttered past them quickly.

“Wendy! Wendy!” it yelled as Tony looked nervously at it.

“Uh-oh…them!” he said angrily as he took off out of the Guild, with Kojiro and Ribbon stumbling behind him.

“What is it?” asked Ribbon as Kojiro frowned.

“Just some friends of ours…” he said grumpily as the two reached the outside, where Tony was staring down a frog, flytrap, and skunk.

“Who are they?” whispered Ribbon to Kojiro as he pointed to the frog.

“A rival team…that there is Craig the Croagunk, the leader. And that skunk next to him…Santiago the Stunky, quite a nasty fellow. And then her…Celia the Carnivine. She used to be our teammate, but left us for them…Team Sludge.”

“Are…they dangerous?” she asked quietly as Kojiro shook his head.

“They’re huge jerks, but Tony can handle them.”

“So…how ya doing, good buddy?” asked Craig as he walked over to Tony and patted him on the shell.

“What do you want?” he asked angrily as Craig backed off.

“We wanted to meet and greet your new girlfriend…fatty over there!” he said as he pointed one of his fingers at Ribbon, who quickly jumped.

“Oh…hello!” she said politely as she walked up besides Tony and curtsied to Craig. “I don’t appreciate what you just called me, you…um, Cragarock?” she said somewhat confused as Craig laughed, causing his friends to laugh as well.

“So…polite! What a wimp!” laughed Celia loudly as Ribbon got mad.

“And she even got your name wrong, boss! Idiot!” added Santiago as Ribbon stepped in front of him, and began to wag her finger at him.

“That was very rude of you, I expect you to take it back!” she said as Santiago laughed some more. Ribbon suddenly put her hands on her belly, as she felt a surge of heat coarse through her body.

“Metronome?” asked Kojiro quickly as he noticed Ribbon looking uncomfortable, as she burped…letting out a burst of fire scorching Santiago instantly as he fell to the ground burnt.

“Muy caliente…” he said with a frown as he fell unconscious.

“A sneak attack Metronome Flamethrower? She’s dirty!” yelled Celia as Craig angrily put his fist up to Ribbon.

“No one hurts my friend and gets away with it!” he yelled angrily as he jabbed Ribbon in the stomach, causing her to fall back.

“Ribbon!” yelled Tony as he flung his head around, unleashing a barrage of leaves at Craig and Celia, who quickly dodged out of the way. Kojiro watched intently as a fight was beginning to break out.

“Sorry fatty, you’re dead meat now!” said Celia as she flew right at Ribbon, who had just recovered from her fall.

“I didn’t know what I did…honest!” she yelled as Celia opened up her huge mouth and took a snap at Ribbon. It barely missed as Kojiro quickly pushed her out of the way, the two of them landing hardly on the ground.

“You used a Metronome attack…a move learned by Munchlax that allows them to use many different attacks, such as that Flamethrower you just pulled off!”

“I didn’t mean too!” Ribbon exclaimed as Kojiro laughed.

“The way you moved your fingers…that was how one does a Metronome! I would try not to do that too much…as what could happen is completely up to chance!”

“Oh…here she comes!” yelled Ribbon as Celia tried to bite both of them again. She missed Kojiro, but then looked in surprise as Ribbon threw her body at Celia, knocking her out cold.

“Whoa…nice tackle!” said Kojiro as he looked at Ribbon in amazement, who merely smiled.

“Well…she was being very mean. And…I might as well use my big belly to my advantage, no?”

“Celia! That’s it…I’ll get you!” yelled Craig as he quit fighting with Tony, and charged at Ribbon.

“Not so fast!” yelled Tony as he lunged at Craig, biting him on the arm.

“Gahh! Get off!” yelled Craig as he flung his arm around, which just caused Tony to bite harder. When he finally got Tony off, he went and grabbed his friends…then took off, yelling behind him. “I’ll get our revenge, losers!”

“Tony! You saved me!” said Ribbon happily as she gave him a big hug, crushing the air out of him. He motioned for her to release him as she did.

“And you…wow! For a human, you did awesome in that battle!”

“Oh…that Flameflower…or whatever was a complete accident!” she said with a chuckle as Tony nodded.

“But that tackle…that was sweet!” he complemented her as she nodded.

“Well…that Celia girl…was quite mean. She used to be on your team?” she asked as Tony looked away sadly.

“Oh…um, how about that museum now!” suggested Kojiro as she tried to change the subject. Ribbon realized it was a sensitive issue, so dropped it.

“Sure…lead the way boys!” she asked politely as Tony and Kojiro nodded, and marched down the nighttime path. Ribbon bounded along happily, secretly proud and somewhat amazed of how she had taught that Celia a thing or two.

“Whoa…fatty got game!” said Santiago as he lay bandaged up on a small bed as Craig and Celia nodded. The three were sitting in a dark hut, with three beds, and tons of trash and dirt covered the room.

“Yeah…and her huge body totally made me hurt my leaves!” said Celia as she rubbed her left arm with her right one. Craig remained silent as he seemed deep in thought.

“Hey…loco! Wake up!” yelled Santiago as Craig slowly lifted his head.

“That darn fatty…she really didn’t seem like she meant to attack you…she certainly seemed strange. I’m…interested in her.”

“What? You’ve got the hots?” asked Santiago as Craig glared at him, causing him to back up a bit.

“Of course not…I…I merely find her amusing. And you guys know how I love excitement!”

“Yeah, you’re so exciting Craig!” added Santiago, trying to make up for his previous blunder.

“So…we’ll keep and eye on those Leaf twits from now on! We can’t let them be better then Team Sludge, can we?” asked Craig as Celia and Santiago shook there heads.

“No!” they both yelled with glee as the three of them burst out into crazy laughter.

“Here we are, the Woodworth Museum!” said Kojiro as he pointed Ribbon to a giant building made of rocks. As they entered the large marble room full of many painting and artifacts, Ribbon yelled as something hovered towards them. It looked like a giant blue bell, with glowing eyes and a big mouth.

“Ah, Ribbon…this is Professor Winston Bronzong, the museum owner.”

“Nice to meet you…Professor Bradong!” said Ribbon with a smile. Kojiro looked down, trying to hide a smile.

“Ah…well, well. Haven’t seen you around here! I’m guessing you’re a new member?”

“Yes sir, I joined Team Leaf an hour ago. Oh, that’s pretty!” she said as she pointed to a painting on the wall, causing Winston to float on over to it and point it out. The painting took up a whole wall, and showed angelic like creatures floating around a gigantic glowing beast.

“Ah, Palkia’s Landing, drawn by Vincent Venonat! You like it, yes?” asked Winston as Ribbon nodded.

“What is…um, Parukia?” she asked as Winston’s eyes suddenly popped up.

“Palkia? The legendary Pokemon said to control space itself?”

“Oh…of course!” she pretended to realize as Winston relaxed a bit.

“Hey…Winston, can we talk to Ribbon…alone?” asked Tony as Winston nodded and floated off to attend to other matters.

“What is it?” asked Ribbon as Kojiro wondered as well.

“Maybe…if we find Palkia, we can get you home?” asked Tony as Kojiro’s eyes lit up.

“Yes…it can probably can get you back to your homeworld…if it exists, that is!” he replied.

“Where is it?” asked Ribbon as Kojiro frowned.

“We don’t know…I’ve been researching artifacts to try and find out myself, but no such luck…however, that’s why I joined the Expedition Team…to find out!”

“Yup, we think the ruins around here may have a clue, so that’s why we want you you to join…to help get you home!” added Tony.

“Well then…I’m glad you did!” laughed Ribbon.

“We don’t know how long it will take…but for now, let me show you this one thing I found recently…” said Kojiro as he motioned her to follow him, as they came across a weird rock behind glass.

“What is it?” asked Ribbon.

“I don’t know…but look; there are three places…like keystones of sorts on it. I wonder…if we find these keystones perhaps that will lead to Palkia.”

“Ah…so, let’s find them!” exclaimed Ribbon excitedly as Tony and Kojiro nodded.

“Oh…we will, we promise you that!” said Tony. Kojiro looked up at a nearby wall at a clock, and frowned.

“It’s quite late…I better get going. See you tomorrow team!” he said as he scurried out of the museum. Tony nodded.

“Let’s go to my place…you can sleep there.”

“Okay, I’d love to!” Ribbon said happily as they headed out the door. It was very late at night, and Ribbon held on to Tony tightly as she heard howls all around.

“Don’t worry…I’ll protect you!” he assured her as they made there way to a small hut on top of a hill with a mailbox near it.

“Nice place Tony, it’s very tidy!” said Ribbon as the two entered the hut, coming to one small room with neatly made twin beds, a small shelf with books, and a small rock pond.

“Thanks. So…good night, better get some rest. We have a big day ahead of us tomorrow!” he said as Ribbon nodded, and hopped into a small bed and closed her eyes.

“Ribbon! Ribbon!” she heard her mom yell as she woke up…in her room again.
“Mom?” she asked wearily, as she looked around. She was quite confused. I’m home?

“Ribbon! Breakfast!” her mom said as Ribbon got out of her bed, and looked down at herself. She was no longer a Munchlax, but her normal skinny self.

“Was…it a dream?” she asked as she made her way down the stairs…to see Tony and Kojiro sitting at the table.

“Oh, morning Ribbon!” her mom said as Ribbon noticed that her mom was a Chansey now. Ribbon hopped back, as she noticed she was a Munchlax once again.

“Wha!” yelled Ribbon as she suddenly woke up in Tony’s house, realizing it was just a dream…she was still a Munchlax.

“What…what was that?” asked a creepy sounding voice as Ribbon slowly turned her head around and noticed a weird yellow creature standing next to her bed.

“Tony!” she yelled loudly as the creature chuckled mischievously as Ribbon felt her heart race with fear. Whoever this was, he didn’t sound too friendly.
