RM Championships team

I've got the Official Pokemon Championships in a week, and I need help deciding if I should tweak my team any. My pokemon are:

Serene Grace
not sure what item
Some speed EVs (Unfortunately I didn't keep track)

Aura Sphere
Thunderwave
Flamethrower

Garchomp
Adamant
4 HP / 252 Attack / 252 Speed
Muscle band
Swords Dance

Dragon Claw
Substitute

Some Defense EVs

Earthquake

Stealth Rock

4 HP / 252 Defence / 252 Speed

No idea what his EVs are : (

My last is a Mewtwo, although I'm not sure what I'll make his moveset or even use him, because I'm averse to using legendaries. I'd probably go for defense and Special Attack EVs.
I had planned on leading with Kyogre and Togekiss, and using Thunder Wave/Air Slash, and when one of them died replacing them with T-tar. The Sandstream ability would boost Garchomp's evasion and help set up Sub Sword Dance. I was just wondering if I should have a hazer, PHazer or cleric on my team, or if I should switch any of the moves. This is for the double battle, four pokemon, two legendaries champ. Any help would be appreciated : )

It only helps us when you have the EV's for the pokemon. We will not be able to tell what kind of pokemon you want- what style. It would also help if you could include what kind of 'championship' this is and what style/format are you playing by.
