Alright, so currently my team is :

Infernape@Focus sash
Naive
64atk/252SpA/192spe
1) Fire blast
2) Close combat
3) Fake out
4) Stealth rock
This one has been not bad so far, generally being able to outspeed its opponent to set up stealth rocks. With focus sash, I am always able to give a blow to the opponent before it gets KOed. Most likely, I would choose fire blast for this.

Rhyperior@leftovers
Adamant
132HP/192atk/16SpD/158spe
1) Substitute
2) Swords dance
3) Earthquake
4) Stone edge
My physical sweeper, ideally to sub and SD. earthquake and stone edge are its powerful STAB moves. Its worked not bad so far.

Skarmory@shedshell
Impish
252HP/64atk/176def/16spe
1) Spikes
2) Drill peck
3) Whirlwind
4) Roost
This, in combo with infernape's stealth rocks, has been pretty good when set up. 3 spikes and stealth rocks has proven to be pretty deadly. In most situations, stealth rocks will definitely be set up before infernape gets KOed, and skarmory is normally able to take some hits with its high def. Therefore, it can normally set up at least 2 spikes. A good combo with infernape when fully set up.

Milotic@leftovers
Modest
148HP/252def/108SpA
1) Water pulse
2) Ice beam
3) Recover
4) Toxic
Why water pulse you may ask? It has proven to be useful a few times, however I am not sure if it is worth the place over surf. Opinions? This milotic has been pretty tanky and hence is able to toxic and recover extremely well. The pokemon that has worked out best in the team for me ( I'm pretty new to this, you see)

Electivire@expert belt
Lonely
252atk/80Spa/176spe
1) Earthquake
2) Ice punch
3) Cross chop
4) Thunderbolt
Now this electivire is one in the team that hasn't been working out well, maybe because I haven't used him well. Opinions on its moveset etc.? Someone suggested i switch this out for a thunder waver? However, I am reluctant to do so because this is my mixed sweeper, so I am unsure.

Alakazam@twisted spoon
Timid
152HP/176SpD/180spe
1) Substitute
2) Calm mind
3) Psychic
4) Focus blast
Due to alakazam's high speed, it is able to sub up , at least to scout. It has outsped many opponents to hit them with psychic pretty well. However, this too, is slightly fragile. 2nd most useless in my team behind electivire. Opinions ( User or pokemon:dodgy:)?
_________________________________________________________________
And then, I have one more pokemon which i find worthy to put on my team and could replace someone. My first, chained shiny, absol.

Shiny Absol@lifeorb (superluck)
Docile ( yes its hard to find natures on shinies but i was fortunate enough for a docile with superluck)
4HP/252atk/252spe
1) Swords dance
2) Sucker punch
3) Superpower
4) Psycho cut / nightslash ? (both good "crit moves", which to choose?)

So i need help, Should i replace anyone? and if so , who and why?
Thank you very, very much,
karmory.

You call 'Vire a mixed sweeper with only one special attack, and EQ and Cross have almost identical type coverage. You could either replace one with Fire Punch and T-Bolt with T-Punch or switch one out for Flamethrower, then make its EV's more balanced. With Absol, you could replace Alakazam and put Psyco Cut on it. With your others, I have no idea, as I never use them, but I can see what you're doing.

On Infernape, do you really need that much SpA when you're only using it for one attack? Couldn't you give a little more to A, and use Overheat instead (since you should only need to use it once).

You should have Electvire all physical, or give him some more special attacks. Fire punch/flamethrower might work, or discharge instead of thunderpunch.

Thanks for the feed back on my electivire guys! maybe thats been the problem. And on the absol, I was thinking of putting psycho cut on it. I think i will try those changes. Any ideas on water pulse VS surf on milotic?

all pretty good here, fake out breaks the focus sash of most leads, but i agree you shouldnt have such one-sided spA, and you need full speed ev's. give it 192 attack, 64 spA, 252 speed.

all looks fine here, just be seriously careful bringing him out, just about any special move with 2KO him.

i used to use this set, one thing i'd advise would be to not be too worried about setting up all 3 layers of spikes, it only does an extra 6% damage each time, and you'll probs have to willwind quickly to avoid special attacks

yep fine, but definatly not water pulse, give it either surf or hydro pump. i'd use hydro pump, because it's strong enough to survive if it misses

mixedvire should be 3spA's and one attack. give it 36 Atk / 252 SpA / 220 Spe and flamethrower, thunderbolt, hidden power grass, cross chop. and make sure you wait till you see an electric attack before bringing it in, otherwise it's speed lets it down.

this looks fine actually, give it wide lense to up focus blast's accuracy. bring this in relativly early, when the opponant has somthing to switch to, and bring it in on somthing it doesnt like, then sub up on the switch, it'll be a demon then :) though the ev's are all screwed here :S give it plain old 252 spA 252 speed.

hmmm dont use this guy ah ha
karmory.

overall a pretty ballanced team :) set it up on shoddy and practice with it, getting to know how to use a team is the best way to improv your battling :)

i think that you should teach alakazam shadow ball or energy ball instead of focus blast

If you have Substitute on Alakazam, I think you should give it a Petaya Berry instead of TwistedSpoon.
