So, this is a team I've tried in Shoddy a couple of times, usually to pretty good results. It's based off of my Crystal version team and I'm planning on reviving it in HeartGold. Any advice on it would be greatly appreciated:

Meganium@ Salac Berry

Gender: Female
Nature: Jolly/Adamant (not sure which yet)
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: Atk-252, Spe-252, Sp. Def-4

-Swords Dance
-Seed Bomb
-Earthquake
-Outrage

Comments-I know very well that Meganium's not made for sweeping, but that's exactly why most people won't see this coming. With this moveset, she only gets walled by Skarmory. It hits everything else in the game for at least neutral damage.

Charizard@ Choice Specs

Gender: Male
Nature: Modest
Ability: Blaze
EVs: Sp. Atk-252, Spe-252, Def-4

-Flamethrower
-Dragon Pulse
-Focus Blast
-Air Slash

Comments-Charizard's great speed and special attack, not to mention the diversity of his moveset, make him a pretty good sweeper. I shied away from Bellyzard because the threat of Stealth Rock is always present

Kingdra@ Life Orb

Gender: Female
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: Atk-252, Spe-252, Def-4

-Outrage
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Substitute

Comments: Swift Swim+Rain Dance=A very fast dragon. The boost she gets for Waterfall also comes very handy and a DDancing Outrage is nothing to scoff at. Moreover, Rain Dance has another purpose, which is getting rid of the Sandstorm conjured up by...

Tyranitar@ Chople Berry

Gender: Male
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Sands Stream
EVs: Atk-252, Spe-252, HP-4

-Dragon Dance
-Crunch
-Stone Edge
-Aqua Tail

Comments-I know Sand Stream hinders the rest of my party, but unless I'm facing a Sandstream team, it'll hinder my opponents as well. Besides, Rain Dance from Kingdra can get rid of it. Though that Sand Stream is making me consider replacing him for Metagross. The Chople Berry is to help him survive Fighting Type moves.

Skarmory@Shed Shell

Gender: Male
Nature: Impish
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: HP-252, Atk-64, Def-176, Spe-16

-Brave Bird/Drill Peck
-Roost
-Whirlwind
-Stealth Rock

Comments-Straight from Smogon. A very reliable physical wall. Brave Bird is for Power (which Skarmory tends to lack) and Drill Peck is for the lack of recoil. Stealth Rock for obvious reasons and Whirlwind to pseudo haze.

Blissey@Leftovers

Gender: Female
Nature: Calm
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: Def-252, Sp. Atk-80, Sp. Def-176

-Wish
-Protect
-Ice Beam
-Toxic

Comments: WishBliss. Very reliable special wall. Never trained a Blissey before though.

Other options:

Baton Passing Espeon
Agility Passer Smeargle
Lead Crobat
Agility Metagros

Any thoughts? Help is greatly appreciated

Shedinja, anyone? Non-STAB Outrage is not a good thing to be locked into, because anything that resists it can come in and set up on you. Perhaps Substitute to help you activate the berry, or Flail?

Charizard does not make a good Choice user, because it'll have to be switching a lot. With Stealth Rock up, he'll go down fast. If you want to use him, use Fire Blast or Overheat over Flamehrower.
I'd replace this with SpecsNape

Infernape@Choice Specs
Naive
-Fire Blast
-Close Combat
-Grass Knot
-Hidden Power Ice

It's Stealth Rock resist should help you out.

Everything else seems fairly standard, but I'll leave that for you/others to decide.

I think you should replace Tyranitar with an Agility Metagross like you were thinking. Sand Stream prevents you from bringing Charizard in unless you Rain Dance it away first.
