I can't decide... I also like:

Garchomp—[Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Swords Dance, Fire Fang]
Gastrodon (in place of Slowbro??)—[Toxic, Recover, Stockpile, Surf]
Starmie (to get rid of stealth rock??)— [Rapid Spin, Recover, Surf, Thunderbolt]
Tyranitar— [Earthquake, Dragon Dance, Taunt, Crunch]

What do you think? Should I switch someone out for one of them or what?

if you are running yanmega, a rapid spinner is almost necessary, so starmie is a good idea (though tentacruel, fortress, or donphan work too). I would say put fortress on, because it can set up some entry hazards as well, which your lead doesn't have. It can replace slowbro, since it is a better wall anyway. I don't know how well your lead works, but something frail without a focus sash doesn't seem very reliable, since any antileads will kill it, as will most bulky lead. If it works well for you, use it. Otherwise, use a lead like azelf, which stops stealth rock most of the time, and also sets it up itself. On yanmegna, i would say you shouldn't run hypnosis on a specs set. try hidden power fire or hidden pwer ground, so you can hit steel types. put spikes on skarmory so fortress can run toxic spikes. Blissey really needs an attacking move, and sub doesn't help it too much, so put on seismic toss, flamethrower, or ice beam instead. otherwise you are taunt bait. Seismic toss is an emerald tutor move, so if you cant get it, run one of the other two moves.
also, in your other comments, gastrodon is much worse than slowbro, and garchomp is banned in standard play, it is considered too good, so its uber

I also don't like Pory-Z as a lead, for basically the same reasons. In general, I don't like straight out offensive leads, because it's too easy to bring in a counter first thing. It's only OK because it sets up Nasty Plot, but it doesn't do that well as a lead because it's too slow and frail. It would be better used later in the game.

Agreed with the comments on Gastrodon and Garchomp. Although if you want a Water/Ground bulky Pokemon, Swampert says hi and outclasses Gastrodon in pretty much every way. I wouldn't put Tyranitar on there either, since the rest of your team doesn't benefit from sand and you don't mention any specific threats that Tyranitar will help with.

The rest of it passes the first-glance test, except that that Blissey will be completely destroyed by Taunt.

Also, I'm just realizing that Fire is a common weakness... and I don't have any Surf pokemon, which was why I was considering Slowbro. Thoughts?

alot better than the first team, though I don't think anything on you team is a slow sweeper need thunder wave help to outspeed. Only breloom needs it, and it has mach punch anyways. For that reason I would change thunder waver to toxic on blissey. just a nitpick but it should help in the long run.

Also, I don't like fortress as a lead too much either, since it cant do much damage, and is out sped an taunted by most common leads. Also, stealth rock is more important than explosion on fortress. However, nothing on your team really can work as a lead. To cover up the fire weakness you mentioned, you could use heatran as a lead, allowing fortress not to carry stealth rock and gaining a fire immunity. I would replace porygon-z, since it competes with yanmega, and yanmega is better in my opnion (with tinted lens). Use this heatran set:

heatran
impish
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
shuca berry
~ Stealth Rock
~ Fire Blast
~ Earth Power
~ Explosion
