Hey guys :) i was wondering if any of you could rate this team i built for battling against friends in XY:

Noivern @ Life Orb

Noivern and Heatran work as my main special sweepers, with M-Absol and Diggersby as physical attackers, Chesnaught is a physical tank and works as a spike setting lead, Empoleon is my special tank (but sadly does not have defog...as i couldn't find away to have it in XY)

- Try replacing Boomburst with Taunt or a utility move of your choice. A boosted Boomburst is a sight to behold but most of the time you'd prefer a STAB attack. Taunt can help you shut down anything that might try to set up on Noivern or you can even try something like Switcheroo (with a Choice item?) to mess with the opponent.
- Hammer Arm on Diggersby doesn't add as much coverage as you'd expect, if you're facing off against a Steel type you'd probably not want to have Diggersby out in the first place. Try Wild Charge or Stone Edge depending on what your friends are playing.

The team has trouble with some of the common defensive pokes out there (like Rotom-W and M-Venusaur) so try to have plans when those turn up. Since you're playing against friends do they have any particular threats you're having trouble against?
 
Thanks for the help :) !With oras coming out i will probably replace Digersby's hammer arm with ice punch (since he learns that by tutor) and Noiverns boomburst can be really usefull if it hits neutrall (since i use it as a lead a lot, the more i can hit the better) but i'l do some research to see if i can replace it. Concerning my friends teams...well they have a lot of variation, so my best bet is to try and make an all around solid team instead of countering particular threats.

Also i did some extra research and found that noivern's hurricane has 50% chance to OHKO M-Venusaur, so i can at least do some pretty good damage, i will look into making changes to counter rotom.

Your team suffers a major Fighting weakness. You could replace Empoleon with Clefable or Assault Vest Azumarill, or Chesnaught with Gliscor or Slowbro. In any case, the problem should be addressed better than just relying on Noivern (and Play Rough Absol) for Fighting-types.
Also, if you do keep Empoleon it should have 252 EVs in SpD, not Def.
