Yeah, they are RNG'd, considered by most to be legitimate. It involves no tampering with in-game programming whatsoever. Got a Shiny Stone? I'd also accept Dark Pulse and other such TMs.

I have a shiny stone but I was saving it to get a Togakiss, what about Heartscales? I could give you a Masterball, or you could tell me what TM's you are interested in and I could check, also what is RNG?

Lol, most, if not all, of these requests will be handled tomorrow. RNGing is not instantaneous like ARing is. It takes time. And effort.
And it's late where I am, and I don't feel up for it atm.

And I already has Feebas.
