I believe RNG abuse in HGSS is still very limited due to little common knowledge on how frames are advanced in those games. You'd better try with DPPt.

I've only done HGSS, it seems much easier to me than all the frame counting in DPPt. Since you can do pretty much anything you want with a frame of <20, there's no need to advance the frame very far. It's a piece of cake, really.
